Why say 24 hours if you’re not open
they haven't had make for a year they barely speak english
Says it's open all night and drove all the way from Crestwood to find out it's now open smb
i would put zero stars but that isnt an option. didnt have really anything we asked for and the boy was extremely rude in the drive-thru.
This location always has an excuse for why they can’t make my order. Most recently they said the ice cream was too hard to scoop.
Nadia helped us tonight. Very friendly and nice. Patient with our family's millions of requests for ice cream taste samples.
Very poor service. Employees barely speak English. Ordered a Reese's sunday, the employee obviously didn't know how to make it, tried to look it up in the book, couldn't find it, so kept looking at the picture to make it. Asked for it without whip cream, put whipped cream on it. Now eating it I realize that it is not even Reese's ice cream, but snickers. While there, multiple other customers walked in and out unhappy. Will not be coming back to this one

Employee wasnt wearing shoes, even admitted that she didnt have her shoes on, and she was extremely rude telling us that she'll have to kick us out because they were suppose to close their doors at 10, and I quote: "are you guys eating it now or do you need a bag because I'm gonna have to kick you out, we were suppose to lock our doors at 10".... when there are two other girls sitting in there that werent kicked out?? And it was 10:33 and the doors werent locked??
