Ordered through the app. App notification showed the order was ready. Went in to get the order and the gentleman said it was not ready, only to find out after waiting 15 minutes, the bag was sitting up there the entire time and he overlooked it. Then the girl just handed my husband the bag and and never even made eye contact with him while "barely" apologizing. Received a cold order, minimal seasoning on the wings, not well done as we ordered them to be and did not get the extra seasoning on the fries we ordered, nor were the 5 boneless wings dipped or tossed; they were nearly PLAIN! 06/09/2022 approx 9:15 pm
At 10:28 (they close at 11) I was asked nicely by the guy at the front if I was picking up or placing an order...after saying “placing an order” I was told rudely by a guy in the back who I assume is in charge that they aren’t taking orders. I won’t be back.
1st time here! Masks not required! Only takeout available! The seats and tables were blocked so you couldn’t sit down and eat inside which is odd since everywhere else in town is open for dining in. Food was ok. I would say it’s the same as Buffalo Wild Wings and maybe a little bit cheaper. The parking lot is crazy to get in and out of.
0/10 do not recommend…especially with Super Bowl coming up…YIKES! Save yourself the heartbreak.I failed at reading the reviews for this store. Order was completely wrong, severely overcooked chicken & horribly over seasoned (might as well given me 15 bones), fries undercooked and under seasoned (although, I paid the up charge for the Parmesan), 15 drums (I expected some flats). I give them a 1 because at least they were nice and spoke while they were ruining my order.I’m thinking close for several days and properly train/retrain staff.
Wings had no seasoning just filled with oil also fries had multiple hairs in them which also did not contain any seasoning. There seems to be a cleanliness and food preparation issue at this location for you safety stay away!
Shout out to all the AMAZING Wing Stop employees! Went in to get food and the amazing people were working hard and still keeping a smile their face while dealing with rude and impatient customers! Please think if you or someone you love was behind the counter getting talked to and treated like that how you would feel! Treat people with respect and treat others how you want to be treated! The food was hot, amazing and the variety of sauces was great! Highly recommend, but if you are impatient I recommend ordering ahead as the food is amazing so they stay busy and wait patiently when you see people working hard with a lobby full of people trying to get food out hot and fresh. THANK YOU WING STOP EMPLOYEES, YOU ARE SEEN AND APPRECIATED! ☺
I called to place a to-go order on Christmas Eve at approximate 2:30 pm, was hung up on twice (should have ordered from someone else at this point), the third time a gentleman answered. I specifically asked them if they were closing early and was told yes, we will be closing at 7:00 pm. I then place my order for a pick-up at 5:00 pm. When I arrived, I was asked if I was there for a pick-up and for my name. I was then informed they didn't have my order. After explaining to them that I ordered earlier in the day, the gentleman who took my order stated he placed my order on a register. A female employee then stated 'we closed at 4' and didn't have a phone number to call me. Interesting as there were 5 employees and other customers in the store and they closed at 4? Then she stated we are sold out and I can not place an order. They all started laughing as if that was funny. Aggravated beyond belief as I had family waiting at the house for dinner, I left. As I was leaving another customer arrived to pick up their to-go order.Horrible customer service, employees more interested in standing around talking with one another instead of working.
We went to this location on Friday. We Ordered online and was given a 15-20 minute estimate. Our food took an hour and a half. The service is horrible and management is unprofessional. We checked our bags before leaving and the sauce and the brownies were missing. Ruined our Friday night. The food was ok, but after that wait I didn’t have much of an appetite. This location is unpredictable. You don’t know if you’ll wait 10 minutes or two hours. We won’t be back to this location.
I had high hopes for this place but hadn't heard great things and now I can relate. I showed up at the scheduled time to pick up my order but still had to wait 20 minutes. They were turning away walk-in customers telling them they were only accepting online orders because they were short-staffed. The kitchen looked like a mess for being so new. The wings themselves weren't bad but nothing compared to BWW which is where I should've ordered from to begin with.
I would like to shout out this Wingstop today because they went above and beyond with exceptional customer service and COMPLETELY perfected my order! I had a huge order today for my team of over 100 wings and extras and all was perfect!Working in the customer service industry you don't always get your good experiences shined on. But today I give kudos to this Wingstop!Thank you for serving our At&t team today and we look forward to visiting again soon.
