This Taco Bell is still fairly new. Each time I have gone I've had a pleasant experience. The staff has always been polite and friendly. My orders have never been messed up either going through the drive-thru. I took one star away because the wait time was pretty long for just 6 or 7 cars inline, we waited about 25 or so minutes.
Absolutely disgusting. I threw up after eating here. Most of the food was soggy and not edible. What looked edible was so gross I threw up. It also had a musty smell to it. Will never come back to this one.
Every time I've gotten food here, I've been missing at least one item. Most recently, I got my order and was missing an item; and the rest of my order was limp and empty. I'm unfortunately done with this location.
Drive through was slow and the cheese roll ups I ordered were half melted and extremely disappointing.. I just bit into a bunch of shredded cheese and it was cold. I was angry I spent any money at all on taco bell. It’s been a while since I’ve had it but this was definitely not stellar. The reason for 2 stars was because the staff was pretty polite and nice.
The experience was fine, the food tasted normal but we were in a rush and the door said “Dine In Open” but the door was locked, just cover that up so people don’t get confused, it makes us look stupid and that’s not appreciated. I hate when people do it to me as well, but at least I’m obviously closed.
I’ve only been to this location twice. 1st time = Fryers Down. 2nd time = Out of Beef. Both times = food was cold and did not taste right or like the food I’ve had at other Taco Bell locations. Very disappointing.
The Assistant General Manager, Kevin, is a great person! The food in this new location is fresh and delicious! The drive-thru is fast and the crew was very friendly!
I haven't received a correct order from this location yet, but I've gotten to try some new things as a surprise when I got home with them and for the most part, even the wrong food has been good.?
I have tried 3 times to make it through the drive-thru without success. First time the line didn’t move and I couldn’t even make an order. The next the employee told me they couldn’t make food because of staffing issues. On the third trip I simply left the line, along with six other cars before me, because the line wasn’t moving. Good luck to all who try and order here.
This was suppose to be grande toasted breakfast burrito. This burrito barely has anything in it and is the size of a McDonald burrito. Ridiculous!!!
