Went to Fairview Taco Bell first, to find an employee’s car parked in front of the drive through. Then came here, because I worked in fast food and if my food ever came out like this, I’d be punished. The quesadilla I got was swimming in jalapeño sauce, and the quesadillas my SO got was basically a tortilla with a pinch of cheese. Thank you Taco Bell for taking my money and giving me disappointment time and time again.
Lobby doors were locked and employees were outside chatting. People walking up to the doors and no one bothers to say lobby is closed, just continues their chat. When I got to the speaker they asked me to hold a minute. After 7 or 8 minute I said hello? And they said they needed a few more. I sat at the speaker near 15 minutes before my order was taken. The line was really long at this point and and people were getting angry and speeding off. I ordered a Mexican pizza meal. The pizza looked like someone threw it around a few times before putting it in the bag. There were no beans on it and the meat was really weird and powdery. No silverware and no napkins. Completely disappointed in the whole experience, especially after waiting that long for trash food.
Cashier seems permanently extremely confused, looks like he just woke up, can't concentrate, possibly on something. I had to repeat my order multiple times. He got distracted mid - order by a conversation two customers were having at the self order kiosk.When food is ready, they place it on the counter and simply call out what the food is rather than the number/name. All customers are looking at each other because many of us ordered the same items. Trying to figure out whose it is. The whole place has a weird vibe.
Taco bell in ofallon IL is the best ever.Food was hot and staff was very friendly. Definitely would eat there again food was fantastic way to go staff.
Was good, but since when does the sauce go on top of a chalupa? Made it super hard to eat with the sauce on top of the chicken, cheese, lettuce and tomatoes. Weird but tasted fresh.Service was fast and order was correct.
Well, I'm not a big Taco Bell eater but it was the closest, fastest food around at the time. I pulled up and waited in a very long drive thru line only to be told there was no chicken or beef available... Um but you're Taco Bell??. It was disappointing to say the least and I left without anything. I don't know if this is a regular thing or not here. It was my first time at this location.
I’ve had bad experiences several times after visiting this location. I went yesterday and ordered chicken chipotle “MELTS” and the were poorly thrown together with shredded cheese and they were sloppy wrapped. I get these all of the time so I know how they’re supposed to be. I ordered nacho fries boxes and the gave just a teaspoon fool of cheese to dip a order of fries in, they weren’t in boxes(which is fine but I should’ve been informed as they weren’t going to the same location), and the 5 layer burrito was overloaded with beans and there was no sign of the other layer but maybe a little cheese. It was disgusting. I try to wait a few months and then patronize this location any time I have a bad experience, but I’m done. I send a lot of oriole to this location as well. But never again. I don’t normally do reviews but this is out of hand. Corporate definitely needs to do some training on the full staff. Because I’ve been there and my food/order was messed up by a manager before also.
My experience was so bad. I ordered cinnamon twists , cinnamon delights and a hard Doritos taco the shell was stale the employees were nice but had “ I hate my job attitude” there were other customers there as well and a young man asked an employee a question and they ignored him.
I ordered a black bean crunchwrap meal through the drive-thru and when I got home I realized it had no black beans in it and they had forgotten my taco.
This place deserves 0 stars. They are listed as opened until 4 am. I've come here 3 different times after 1030 pm and they always say they have run out of everything.\ \ If you look in the store, you can see at least 3 people sitting on cell phones relaxing.\ \ So yall open, but yall don't have anything on the menu available until 7 am.\ \ Got it.\ \ Shut this place down. I'll be reporting the staff that worked tonight. I watched 7 cars get turned around just tonight.\ \ Pathetic.
