There have been many times we have driven past this restaurant and did not stop in to try it. Well, this time we did stop in. My wife ordered the spicy fish tacos with a salad and I actually had the breaded fish basket. Both dishes were so good. And the server was on her A game. Plus we sat outside under the covered patio on a beautiful day
The waitress was very friendly. Me and my family sat outside on the patio area she took our order. When the food came out it smell good there was just one little problem I had with my food the potatoes skins was a little crunch and over cook, I didn't want to wait on some fresh so just!eat them the second problem is that one of my family member ask could they turn the music down some but that didn't happen we could barley here our self talking to each other but when another customer ask to change the channel the televion got much louder but we had a good time.
It was my birthday, and we had plans which changed multiple times, the last due to the bad weather. We wound up having late dinner and drinks at Sybergs.We arrived late, so the menu was restricted to the bar menu, but that was fine. The appetizer player was great as it first introduction to the food, and the beer on tap was good as well.We need to come back for a more complete experience. Based on our short visit, we won't be disappointed.
I can't go back. I've been to sybergs a few times and each time I'm disappointed. Table service is slow, takes longer than normal for food to come out of the kitchen. We've ordered the turkey bacon wrap which tastes like gas station good, the pulled pork sandwich which tastes like cafeteria food, basic mac and cheese which was not at all mixed well and reminded me of my aunt's half arsed effort at cooking a basic meal. And worst of all, you'll spend at least $12/person for lackluster food!
This place has a great atmosphere a good place to catch a game and get a pretty decent meal I would recommend it if you are in the area.
The service was great. The food was good, but not great (except the salad, which was very good). Besides the salad, I had the shark bites. They were a bit too salty, but now that I think about it, I could have overcome the saltiness with some type of dressing that I didn't ask for. I'll know better next time. I gave it 5 stars because of the service, but I couldn't give 4.5 stars, which is more accurate, because there are no half stars. Didn't want to take anything from our server. Thanks Anthony A.
Syberg's has really nice service, and the restrooms were clean and stocked. We tried the Yo Momma pizza, and by son and I both really enjoyed it. The toppings are fresh, the cheesy is hot and gooey, the crust is thin and crispy, and the parmesan is served cold...nice! The hot chocolate is an excellent way to warm up when it's cold outside. Syberg's is a great place to watch The St. Louis Blues bring home the win!
I was served crunchy cottage cheese & old shredded beef instead of pulled pork. I do not recommend. Also, the wing sauce is nasty & tastes more like vinegar than anything. Yuck!
I read the trip advisor reviews and we thought we would try it on. On our way to Kansas City . We ordered over the phone and the staff was very friendly. Order was ready promptly as promised in 15 min. The food was just ok. Typical bar food but I’d rather have Applebee’s. The salad was decent, not much on it. The chicken wrap was very very spicy . Don’t get the sauce . The cheese sticks were good but the marina sauce was a meat sauce and sweet. It wasn’t great. I wouldn’t eat there again.
I have been here twice in the last week, the first visit (in the evening) was fantastic great entrees cold fresh delicious salad good drinks. The second visit was during the day and nothing went right our server told my mother that the chili was very mild, he was wrong, the chili had jalapenos floating in it and was too hot for mart let alone my 86 yo mother, the salad was limp warmish and just not very good my fried chicken was way over cooked and the breading tasted burnt, good thing the grease was fresh or it would have been worse,on the upside my french fries were very good.
