After 45 minutes of waiting,.this was the view at my table. As you can see, there was no sushi. Took two hours to get two orders of the all you can eat. Won't be going back.
Sushi Ai is a perfect example of you don't know how good you've got it until it's gone. Their all you can eat is simply unmatched. It is particularly fancy? No. But is it the most tasty, varied and fresh sushi you can get on an all you can eat menu compared to almost every other joint in the country? Yes. We've lived in six states and no other place consistently delivers yummy sushi for such a low price. You're not paying for five star service, you're paying for an amazing meal though. We miss Sushi Ai all the time!
came here with my family and first off the service was lacking. Asked for a booster for my daughter, she said it had to be cleaned and didn’t bring it so we finally said don’t worry about it. I asked if there was imitation crab in the California roll and the crab rangoon but she said “I don’t know” okay, can you ask? That’s the only answer she gave me. I have been to many places that either have imitation crab in these items already or offer it to people with allergies. So I asked if I could sub the items for something else but she either acted like she didn’t understand the question or she literally didn’t understand it. We came here excited because my brother and dad love the one in StCharles. They said this is nothing like that one. They don’t offer ranch for the salad like the other one does, at the other locations they can actually answer questions and offer help and don’t bring random things to the table. She brought something to the table a couple of times and couldn’t even tell us what it was!! I hope to visit other locations to see what it’s like but will for sure never be back at this location!!
I love sushi especially Sushi AI but I was greatly disappointed with this one. The food was subpar and we didn't even get all that we ordered. Definitely not going back to this one.
Always fresh rolls. They are made as you order them. Photo shows, spicy crab, California, and spicy vegetable rolls.
China king is connected which never disappoints but this sushi looks like someone dropped it on the ground and then put it in the container… super questionable.
Recently visited the Ofallon, IL location and when the bill came everything looked correct. I place my debit card in black book and was charged $3 more for my meal. I asked the waitress why the bill was different and she became very rude. I explained three times that you can not charge my debit card a different price than was in the receipt. I asked her for the original receipt and she refused. Nothing was done and she walked away.I will not be returning.
Sushi rolls are good, but the nigiri is excellent. The cuts of salmon in particular are great.
This place is amazing, the most delicious sushi ever! I wish I could eat here everyday, but I will be poor LOL :-(
Buy 2 get 1 on rolls. Fresh yummy sushi with plenty of variety. Not a fancy place but the food is what really makes this place.
