Excellent and efficient, this location was well staffed. My drink came out as ordered and I witnessed the team working with multiple customers on non standard drink choices.The one challenge to be aware of is that local businesses plus a nearby highway can make for a busy morning shift.
Bad attitudes. I left another Starbucks because they made my drink wrong. I came to this one and asked if it was okay if they remake my drink.the first Batista had an nasty attitude and still did not make my drink correctly. I was going to ask her if I could have a little more of the ingredients but before I can say anything she got real smart and nasty and told her manager do you want to handle this? So the manager came up and had an ok attitude and remade my drink for me that taste the same unfortunately. I didn't say anything I just left. I've had this drink at the Collinsville Starbucks and they make it perfect everytime. I'm confused why this one can't make a simple drink ?. They get upset when you ask them if they can make it correct. Or give you something you didn't order.
It’s a Starbucks. What do you want from me? Standardized coffee, so you know what you are getting no matter where you are In the world. It’s always mediocre.If you could always count on the service being the same and them not running out of items, then maybe my rating would be higher.
Yeah…a no for me. Not only is my drink always wrong, weak, and legit 2 inches empty the issue is never fixed. The barista was legit in a galaxy purple leggings in a hoodie!? Since when can you wear that? If the baristas can’t adhere to the very relaxed dress code then it makes sense to why the drinks are terrible. Just drive down the street a little more to fairway heights location. They’re super nice, drinks are great, and they’re fast.
Yes Starbucks is good but, when giving out orders for others you need to start just giving the drinks in cup holders... me and my friends have gotten them 2 times in the bags and both times they broke and spilled all over our truck.
Waited about 30 minutes for 2 drinks and we were the only ones in the lobby when we ordered. The counters were sticky and over crowded, both of the garbage containers were over flowing. Gave people who came in 15 minutes after us their drinks first.
This starbucks is a go-to on my way back from St. Louis to Nashville. I like where it is located, but it seems like the place is always too crowded. Last time I visited, I had to wait almost twenty minutes before my Ice Americano was ready. So be prepared to wait a long time. I wouldn't recommend risking it if you are on tight schdule.
My impossible breakfast sandwich was cold in the middle, but service stellar and swift, and drinks are StarBs fabulous.
This Starbucks is always so sweet and kind and accommodating!! This morning I asked the staff to take a picture with my daughters flat Gingy for a school assignment! Without hesitation they said yes! Thank you so much for your patience and assistance at all times! ❤️ Merry Christmas
service was good but i ended up waiting almost 45 minutes for 2 drinks, thought nothing of it, they were busy. but then i saw baristas standing around on their phones or talking to their friends not doing anything. i mentioned it to a barista i think their name was Mack, they were sweet about it! as a partner i know other partners would be just as upset especially when you’re on a time crunch :((
