We just went to the sonic in ofallon Illinois and there was no hours posted . We did see an employee and when we asked what time sonic open she was very rude and had a tone with us . I believe that could have been because we interrupted her phone call. She doesn’t have to worry we won’t be back. I didn’t realize sonic allowed employees to be so rude to customers

This is by far the WORST fast food restaurant in the area. I’ve been here on several occasions and it seems they prioritize the drive thru over the stalls. I sat at the stall for 15 minutes and no one ever took my order. I left.

3rd time in a row... waited 5 mins each for two cars ahead of me to even start their order then caught in line for another 20... i could see the attendant giving and taking back wrong bags and of course my order was wrong when i drove up... was then handed a large coke that felt awfully light... opened it up and it was packed to the brim with crushed ice and about 4 ozs of flat soda -- cup was less then half full... I asked for a new one when she handed me a bag of soggy cold tots and a cold bacon cheeseburger... she didn't like that I was mildly frustrated so I just drove away without my replacement soda or a refund -- and my cold soggy crap that I threw away in disgust... just didn't wanna be there anymore and because only God knows what would have went into the replacement... again, 3rd time is a charm... I get the labor environment -- but this one should close until they can properly staff... ain't fair to paying customers... I mean, really... get a grip... she didn't even give me a receipt -- though I got a prompt receipt from the bank... only thing they do well is charge those cards immediately...

I a little upset. Me and my family had stop there for lunch. We pull up to the outside menu board and we push the button to place our order. We wait for almost 10 minutes but no one took our order. When one of the worker was bring out another guest order he just went back in the building didn't say anything. Then another worker come driving fast in the parking lot with his music blasting loud he walk in the building a minute later he just hope back in his vehicle pull off and went and park in the parking lot still blasting his music. Then a female came to work We was still park at the order board when she went into the building. I told my let's leave but instead we went to the drive thru. The gentleman that took our order sounded all so dry didn't sound too professional and to me it seemed like he didn't want to be there then when we got up to the window to pay for our food the young lady gave us one the item wrong which all I drink is supposed to be large, she was trying to say that we didn't order everything large but the gentleman has ask us did we want everything large and my wife said yes and the young lady had a little attitude but she fix it anyway. I think that all those employees need to be retraining in customer service. I understand the shortness of workers but treat the customers right that do support the business.

I love the food/drinks here. I rated 4 stars instead of 5 because you never know how busy it's gonna be. Sometimes it's busy and sometimes it's not. But other than that I LOVE sonic

Absolutely the WORST costumer service I’ve ever experienced, and I work in the food industry. The whole location should be shut down.

Molded bread, metal shavings on my mozzarella sticks, and continuously online stating its closed! Absolutely disgusted. This was a kids meal to make it worse!!!!

Stupidly long line for 4 drinks. There were two employees working the entire store. So the stars cause it's average af.

The food was what I expected from sonic. The tater tots may have not been the freshest from the fryer, but not terrible. What will keep me from returning however was that after we ordered, we wanted to add a cup water, but we were told we could not get one because we had already paid. This made no sense to me, because I just wanted a tap water and since nobody ever charges for that, why would us paying already prevent that. After explaining I just wanted a tap water and not a bottle, he rudely said he would need to charge us for the Styrofoam. I felt this was absurd and will not be returning.
