I won't be ordering delivery from this location again. I live 8 minutes from the store, 2.8 miles to be exact and wanted a late night dinner delivered. I've had it delivered before no issue but tonight for whatever reason there was issues. There was somebody who originally called from Kansas to tell me I'm out of zone and dont have a nearby store which is clearly false, when I gave my address he said I was in zone and said he sent my order over. 5 minutes later a clueless employee tries and tells me the same thing and I repeated the same thing I told the first person and she said "okay nevermind". I decided this wasn't worth the hassle anymore, and called back to cancel and get a refund only to my surprise I was told there was no order it was never sent through so she cant issue a refund it will drop off. That's surprising when the tracker says in the oven and I was verbally told it was sent off. It's clear they have zero communication over there and nobody has any idea what's happening. Not to mention poor customer service over the phone by the establishment themself. Wouldn't recommend for late night delivery. Hopefully I get my money back.
Normally don't do reviews but...when your pizzas come delivered cold and ypu live like 2 mintues away. And then on top of it your ordered boneless wings one was bbq which had NO sauce on them and the other one was suppose to be mild buffalo but it tasted so sour. No Thank you.
Super fast delivery by a friendly driver. The pizza was still hot enough to burn my mouth!
Where’s My Pizza? Ordered at 6:45 and at 8:37 they showed up? 1:52min? Seriously? If your that busy then follow up with a call. Order refused with customer support. And, not even a, “hey, here’s some free garlic butter on us” … . With my best facetious voice. We already started making some dinner an hour into it . And we are only three miles from the store.
Ordered two pizzas from here. One that I received had a section cut out of a slice, then the rest was scrunched back together. Tasted great, just know you're not getting everything you order thanks to immature workers.
Order was correct and ready on time for pick up and thin crust was crispy. The guy that checked me out helped me carry my order out to my car without his coat on and it was very cold!! Very nice man.
My order was very late, took 90 minutes to get to me, but, when i called the store the manager explained there was only one driver working and took half off the order total. She was very nice, apologetic, and gave me an expected arrival time which was accurate. I understand staffing shortages, and her willingness to make sue i was taken care of was commendable.
Staff was very courteous. Order was not correct when I arrived. They made a new fresh pizza and gave me the incorrect pizza as a bonus + two sodas. Again very nice staff. However pizza quality was lacking from usual standards.
My pizza was burnt and the dough used was old and hard and it was cold. This was the worst pizza we have ever ordered. Called to complain and they would pick up the phone and hang up. Called like 20 times and they just continued to do that. Very unhappy. I had a horrible migraine and just tried to order something for my daughter and i to eat. She was so upset because she was so hungry. Very sad
Waer mask & gloves. This store Unit 004932 di not honor touchless service but also employees were not wearing mask or gloves. I order touchless service & when I arrived @ store & called ph rang & rang so I ended up having to walk inside store & noticed employees were not wearing mask/gloves.
