Went thru drive-thru and ordered 2 sausage egg mcmuffins. Rang up mcgriddles. Told her it was wrong. She said "got it", pull to first window. Confirmed at 1st window the correct order, was told yes. Paid, went to second window. Told mcgriddles again. 4th time. I said no, egg mcmuffins. Big discussion for some reason what I want. Back and forth about my order, finally told them either one. Got egg mcmuffins with no eggs. What a disaster for a simple order.

I was very disappointed that 2 nights in a row I went to this location and was unable to be served. The first night I arrived at this location at 10:50 - and although it states on the door that the drive-thru lane was open until 11:00 - there were orange cones blocking both drive-thru lanes. The second night I arrived at 10:30, and sat in a line of cars that did not move for more than 5 min., so I left.

I finally had enough. I have been going here for 3 years now. Every time I go my order is not correct. They always for get to put something in the bag. Nevertheless this time I ordered thru the App (this is always the worst experience) once I arrive abs checked it it was 20 mins before some came out with my food. They asked if I had drinks and if I had received them. I did have drinks and did t receive them. He said here is my food and that my drinks were on the way out. 8 minutes later after watching 4 cars pull in go through the drive through no drinks. So I walk in and meet a worker at the door who hands me my drinks in a soaking wet tray that the drinks are seconds away from falling out of. With no straws either. The best part of this 30 min ordeal is they once again forgot to give me an item I ordered. So I had to walk back it and ask for it. This is a typical experience at this location. I don’t suggest going ever.

A nice place. But they continue to get my order wrong. Quarter pounder without cheese seems to always come with the cheese. Even if the slip had it annotated correctly. My beverage was carried out sideways, leaking all over. Curbside delivery person's response to that? "There should be some napkins in the bag" as they walked away...

Food was good. Training is needed. Pickle and onion go under the bun. Not on top of it?

Easily the slowest McDonalds I’ve ever been to. The drive-through backs up so fast that they can’t take orders.

The staff & food quality was great. However, the food ordering kiosk requires some updates to it's software. After selecting your food, you get two choices; 1) "Add to your order" or 2) "View your order". If you are finished ordering your food the 2d selection does not intuitively suggest it's the choice to pay for your food. I suggest a 3d choice which simply states; "Purchase/Pay for your order".

Why does this place always close early. I saw at least 6 cars try to go through the drive thru when I pulled up. Staff is always closing the lanes with cones. If you can't be open till 10 change your hours. Everytime I go it seems like the staff has just decided to close early.

I stopped here 2 times and ordered a cheeseburger and drink. Not a complicated order. They got it wrong both times.

This has to be one of if not the worst McDonald's in the area. If you're kids are craving this stuff (because adults don't) drive an extra few miles to a different location. The time spent driving to Shiloh, Fairview, Indiana, New York, California will still be less than a curbside pickup or drive through wait.The last five times here they have messed up my curbside pick up order. Wrong sizes, wrong flavors, missing items, onions when none requested, etc...Final straw for me was a 20 minute wait for a curbside. I called in at 18 minutes and was told they are having staffing issues. Can't disagree with that statement at all! When they brought it out food was cold and 8 things wrong with it. Never again for this family.
