Back in April me and my family were trying to get food after a baseball game. The speaker person said "hold on just a moment" then we never heard anything from her again. Now in June at the same McDonalds, after a baseball game. They tell us that they're closed. At 9 o'clock! The sign on the speaker said that they close at 10 o'clock on Sunday. My warning for you, is to NOT go to this McDonalds establishment at night.

This place is horrible, employees that work the drive through at least, made my order and sat next to the speaker while there headset was still on, heard nothing but cuss words and bad things about the customers from them. Then got up to the window didn’t tell me the price and didn’t even tell me what I ordered to make sure it was right. The next part is when I got my food all that was in there was a medium fry, and I had ordered more than just that. This place has lost my buisness.

I usually go to the McDonald's down the street on Fairview and 7 out of 10 I typically get decent service. But this location is not so good. Food was cold and slimy.

I have been trying very hard to keep my opinions to myself but this will be my last time ordering from this franchisee location! Usually, I get my order wrong from this location and complain on the drive home, however, tonight was a late night (about 8:40PM) and the exception to my personal opinion sharing. They were slow (with a few cars in line), definitely not listening or paying attention and slightly rude.We repeated our order 4-5 times and they STILL were wrong. I ordered large coke and fries with both the meals. One meal came out correctly with drink, both meals incorrect with fry size. Then, my burger came out with all the items I asked to be removed. We stated SEVERAL times to leave off certain items and how we wanted our meals to be. Finally, they gave us all the wrong products (which we didn’t discover until returning home). The chicken nuggets and fries were very dry, wrong size/amount and the burgers were old tasting/looking.Obviously, I don’t expect much from the company. They’re know for fast-food items and lower quality, however, there are expectations for accuracy of order and speed. Both of which lack at this location.Separate trip, prior to this, one: I waited in the drive thru line for 5 mins. with all the employees outside smoking/chatting and not a single soul taking orders 2-3 hours BEFORE closing.There is no care at all given to this location. I DO NOT recommend stopping at this location at any point. The franchisee owner, manager and employees should be embarrassed with the quality (or lack there of) given to all aspects of this location.

Had me pull forward to wait for food. 8 minutes later it finally came out. Minus our 3 orders of fries. They made it right soon after which we appreciated.

We ordered two meals we never got and out of the one we did they repeated triple cheese back to us in the drive through then when we got the food the slips of paper that were supposed to say triple cheese burger is blank, the burger has 2 pattys not three and even though they were ordered as ketchup only and we had the woman at the drive thru repeat it back to us making sure she got it right, the burgers still came with everything except ketchup or mustard. This is an aweful place and WILL get your order wrong. I'm disgusted that corporate McDonald's hasn't done something about this horrid store.

I was in the drive-through for over 45 minutes. Finally got my order only to find out they didn't have what we had ordered.I gave 3 stars because the staff was polite. However, the service was horrible.

Like hockey pucks. Dry as heck. Flavorless. Tasted like a burger from the other day I'd warmed in the sun on the dash after finding it between the seats. How to you screw up McDonald's this bad? I ate most of it cuz I was hungry but, I didn't finish any of it because some was inedible ( I could not physically masticate the matter as it was so hard and tough ). The people were vaguely nice or, mildly passive aggressive but, nothing overly rude; yay? Yeah.

Ordered breakfast through door dash from this place for my kids as I was working from home. Order was delivered on time by the dasher but half of my order was missing. I called them so that I could get my order corrected,they acknowledged missing items but asked me to come next day for it. I nicely told them that I am working from home and I have hungry kids waiting for their breakfast hoping they would either deliver or ask me to pick it up. They put me on hold for few minutes and hung up upon me and did not picked up my phone when I tried calling them back. Very unprofessional and disappointing, everyone makes mistakes but when given chance you correct it not ignore it like that. This happened today 3/4/2022 at around 10:30 am if management would like to check their order details and call details.

Just came from this location and the workers are very rude. They have little children working who don’t respect customers. One of them cussed my mom out when they got HER order wrong. TWICE. Management didn’t seem to care at all either. They definitely need all new employees. Would be 1 star if I could.
