This Jimmy John’s location consistently disappoints me. I’ve waited over 40 mins in their drive thru line and received sandwiches that weren’t made according to order. After waiting in that line I decided next time I’ll just go inside. I’ve tried that on 3 separate occasions now and they always have a sign on the door that reads “we are unable to serve you in-store at this time” —so it’s drive thru only. Today myself and many other customers tried to order inside and they refused us, nobody wanted to wait in the drive thru line for 40 mins so we all just went elsewhere. I went literally across the street to Jersey Mike’s and they had double the amount of employees who were rapidly serving a line out the door. As a former Jimmy John’s shift manager when I was in college many years ago, I know the core principles of a successful JJ franchise. Fast service and excellent customer service. You can blame pandemic-related labor shortage all day but how is your competitor across the street able to provide the service I expect from JJ? I have the answer for you— it’s incompetent management and ownership unwilling to pay an adequate labor force. Your slogan is “subs so fast you’ll freak” which JJ used to pride itself on—well that is definitely not the case at this location. Your business is literally turning away customers because of poor management.

I have ordered from this jimmy johns quite a few times and there always seems to be an issue. Today I ordered a #1 sandwich and they forgot half of the ingredients. Wouldn’t recommend this location.

Not really sure what the issue was but Ordered at 1:28. Didn’t get our sandwiches until 1:42. In total we spent 25 minutes in the drive through and a majority of that was AFTER we ordered.We got to the window and the person working asked what we ordered. (What?) so we told her another person came to the window because they were still confused. After waiting 25 minutes they still didn’t have drinks ready. Gave us the wrong chips and put cheese on one sandwich. Unfortunately I have a dairy allergy so I wasn’t able to eat my sandwich but I wasn’t about to go wait for another 25 minutes because of their mess up. I get finding work is hard but we didn’t get a smile from the workers. They clearly made it known they didn’t want to be there.

Ordered from O'Fallon Il, sooo if your not going to be freaky fast then you should do calls to make the customer aware. It took over an hour for food. Got my food and the lettuce was brown and no mayo. Didnt get a straw for my soda. But you wanna change ridiculous prices. I wont order again!!!

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. Take a look at that photo... what you get vs what you order. I sent a review to corporate & they don't bother to reply either. Save your time and your money with this location!

Showed up at 9:45, the closing time was at 10:00. And I was told through the microphone in the drive through that they were closed. This is terrible service.

The BEST!! the team teased with my wife and I and actually had a personality. And the food…. Mmmmmm… sooo good!They made me want to come back even though we are 350 miles from home.

I understand that with the pandemic, it's difficult to get workers and be fully staffed. But the 3 experiences I've had with this franchise in the last 2 months have really left a bad taste in my mouth.The first time, there was a long line, it took 20 minutes at the speaker before I placed my order and then they gave me the wrong person's order and I spent another 10 minutes at the window waiting.The second and third times, I went when there were only one or two other cars in drive through, was told to wait a moment and spent 20 minutes waiting at the speaker with no response and ended up driving off to try and get food before my break ended.I get having lots of kobile orders that you may have to handle or a large order in the drive through but you have to monitor the drive through and say more than "one second" especially the customer doesn't get fed up with sitting in silence and watching workers goof off inside the store.

I didn’t review last time, but this is absolutely the worst experience with delivery I have ever had. The last two times I have ordered through here the delivery has taken over an hour. I am now sitting at 1 hour and 10 minutes and have not received my sandwich. I’m sorry but you have lost a loyal customer. Never again Jimmy Johns…Freaky fast…yea right!Update received order at 1:01…not bad…ordered at 11:40…1hr 21 minutes…thank god your not Amazon or UPS drivers no one would get a package!

Look you guys need management. You got kids running the joint with the worse customer service I've ever had. Always out of bread, can't hear the order always what, what's that can't hear you...3 times in week no bread every time short on something. Love the franchise but this location sucks big-time. Get a real manager that can get these kids off social media and actually do some work.
