This location is one of the worst run fast food places I've experienced. This is my 3rd time ordering at the drive through and it will be my last. All 3 times they were not ready to take my order and said "hold on one moment" when I pulled up. I wrote this review while waiting and they still have not replied. 8 minutes and counting. I literally think the crew just hopes people will get fed up and drive off. At least 1 car has pulled away each time I've come. I hope Management knows how much business they miss out on due to the poor service.
Disappointing, stopped here on a cross country drive and took 40 min from the drive thru window to getting our food. There were 3 cars ahead of us…. Odd twist of fate I came here for business came back unaware it was the same store. Same result, 1 car in line ahead of me they sat for 10 min at the menu, so I decided giving a second chance wasn’t worth it.
Worst experience of my life! Nasty dirty bathrooms, the while place was just dirty, I asked for someone to clean up.our table and she gave me a rag to do it myself!! It was just horrible, seriously I'm not from around here and will never stop back by this place ever again. I'd rather deive 30 miles out of my way then enter back into the filth that was going on in this place.
they were short staffed & I pulled in 35min before they closed. Workers were young (guess 16-20yrs old). They politely & respectfully explained the situation.I was served in a timely manner with hot food & the entire order was accurate.This location has some good workers, I can only hope they're treated the way they treat others.
My first time trying this JITB. I had the worst tacos ever! Not only did they mess up a simple request - 4 regular and 4 no sauce - but ALL of the tacos were old/stale and extremely greasy. Add to that, 4 had no lettuce and cheese (which was not the request) and there were no stickers on the ones with no sauce. It was awful!!
Tried to place order in drive through to be told could only order online and with much ado finally managed to do so after three attempts. During the interim multiple cars pulled up to order and all just left, which in retrospect is exactly what we should have done.
It has been a disappointment the last few visits. They were either closed when they say they're open 24 hours, or they are out of supplies. Today they couldn't make any breakfast burritos. Then to top it off I asked for meal deals with large drink and lite ice. Paid for what we thought was what we ordered. Received the hot food and asked where are the drinks and was told that you didn't order the meal deals. Was not charged for meal deals which was a good thing.
This is the Jack in the Box to go to; very nice staff and they accept orders from everyone, not only delivery drivers.
I have not been impressed by any fast food service anywhere in over a decade, so this particular visit was a pleasant surprise. The lovely ladies who were working were so bright and cheerful! They were patient and very accommodating to our requests. Our large order was absolutely perfect, hot, fresh and packaged very attentively in such an organized manner. We appreciate the excellent service and quality of our food. I will likely choose to eat here over competitors just because of the outstanding service. It was such a breath of fresh air from the typical awful service that has sadly turned into what's normal nowadays. Keep up the smiles and fabulous service, it was very much appreciated! ?
Jack is always good, but like other reviewers have stated, this location is closed at seemingly random times. Over the past month, I've been to this location 4 times, and 2 of those times it's been closed during open hours. One time was around 2 pm on a Monday, and the other time was 7:30 pm on a Thursday. No explanation, just "sorry for the inconvenience but we're closed."
