They were short staffed but it was worth the wait. Everything was hot.
Food was great, we had Frisco melts which were perfect.What is NOT ok in any sense was the fact that as people entered the line to wait for their food, they were directed to wait IN THE HANDICAPPED PARKING on the other side of the building to have the food carried out. In no reality is it OK to park in these spaces and use them unless someone can legally park there. Find another designated space, this is illegal. We saw at least three vehicles asked to do this, who complied. All handicapped parking was used and taken up. This is not ADA congruent. This is a big freaking deal. Have some courtesy.
It was horrible. In will not go back. Three people working. One was to busy taking care of her kid and the other was to busy looking for something lost. The one young lady waited on us, cooked our food, and gave it to us. I think you really need to look at who you hire. I will not go back.
I got the Frisco burger, it was very buttery, could have been toasted longer. Staff was very polite.
Most of the time the food is good and staff pleasant. Sometimes the staff are stressed and can be less so

I ordered a monster burger yesterday, and I got to work to find a thick burger rather than the monster burger that I ordered. So I called back and the manager on duty told me to come back up the next day and ask for her and she would give me the monster burger that I ordered. So when I came back in the next day the guy in the drive-through said that I needed my receipt. There was no mention of the receipt yesterday. On the plus side, They did put my extra mayonnaise on the burger, just not on the burger that I ordered. I understand that there are scammers out there, but I am not one of them.
Open 24 drive thru. Limited menue not on menue board. So after you order you get told to pick something else. Very overpriced.
I ordered a Frisco breakfast sandwich and said that I had a survey coupon for bogo. They didn't repeat the order back to me and when I got to the window they wanted to charge me over 10$. I asked why it was so expensive and she had me down for biscuits and gravy and eggs as well. The manager had to come to override the charges and proceeded to tell me that I ordered it wrong and confused the drive thru worker! She said I should have stated that I wanted 2 Frisco and that I had a coupon. No...... that would mean that I wanted 3!!!! She basically threw my bag out the window and expected me to catch it. Rude as hell!!
