This place was awesome. It was worth every penny. Didn't realize when you order a burger it's a double. So if you can't eat that much get the little burger. A large fry split it they are big.
Placed delivery order through ActiveMenus for Five guys. Received the food as ordered and in time designated. Food was good and still warm. Good communication throughout.
Our entire order was screwed up from the start. My boyfriend ordered a large drink and the employee rang it up as a regular sized drink and then didn’t even offer to correct the mistake for us. Usually, we try to be as understanding as possible, so we took the regular sized drink and didn’t say anything. Clearly, that wasn’t the only detail that was missed when taking our order either. I ordered a Little Hamburger, all the way and a regular fry. My boyfriend ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger, all the way with no mushrooms or onions, add jalapeños. We received a small fry, a double cheeseburger and a regular cheeseburger with jalapeños. The buns were completely soaked in grease, so bad that it leaked all over our bag. They were by far the worst burgers I’ve ever seen. So soggy that you couldn’t even hold them!! I can’t even figure out how our order could’ve been messed up so badly. Not one single item was correct. I am dairy free, which is why I ordered just a hamburger, so I was unable to eat mine. We paid $34 for the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. Extremely disappointed and will be sure to never go to the Shiloh, IL Five Guys EVER again!

I was very surprised at the extent the managers at this location will go to ensure you are satisfied. I ordered something here on my way to an event and it was incorrect; inedible for me. When i called back to express the issue the on duty manager, Joel, went above and beyond to make it right. This is the type of customer service that i value and makes me want to continue to visit this location. I will be back!

Always great food and friendly staff. Just have noticed that their fries portions have decreased to noticeably less than the other Five Guys restaurants nearby
Great burgers and the best handcut fries! With everywhere you go these days prices are high but for now worth the expense.
Food quality was fine but it ses rediculous to pay 38 dollars for 2 just ok cheeseburgers and a single regular sized fry.
IF YOU ENJOY TONS OF SALT ON YOUR FRIES THIS IS THE PLACE. WATCHED 2 DIFFERENT EMPLOYEES SALT LIKE THERE IS NO TOMORROW.
