Pleasantly surprised! Both of our kids (a burger lover and one that loves sushi- who knew you could cater to both at the same place?!) raves about the food. The blt tots were delicious too! Fast, friendly service. Will definitely be back.
Came in later in the evening around 9:00, my family of 6 was able to find a table easily. Our waitress was great. Food came out quickly and was absolutely fantastic. We have eaten at other Drakes but this one by far has been the best.
The waitress we had tonight was very rude. “Are you ready to order yet?” Were the exact words that came out of her mouth. So unprofessional. The dressing on the salad was bland and didn’t taste like anything, had to get a side of ranch to add. Turkey sandwich was pretty good. Overall, not a very good experience.
We stopped at Drake's for dinner on a Saturday night. They don't take reservations, so we had ~ 50 minute wait. The place is a really busy and fun place. TVs are everywhere and lots of viewing options. There is a fireplace in the front room. We were seated in a tall booth which was perfect for the four of us. Since we hadn't been to Drake's before we tried appetizers, sushi and entrees. All the food was really good! They had lots of drink options. Cassidy was our waitress and she did an excellent job! I do prefer to go to restaurants on the weekend that take reservations, so that would be one tip for restaurant management. We would highly recommend.
Great experience!! The chicken wings on the appetizer menu is so good. Shane was a GREAT server. I would ask for him for sure when you go on. The drinks were good and priced great. Out of all the restaurants in the area this is the best one.
I’ve eaten at Drakes before in other locations and I’ve got to say they are always good!One of the differences here was the service! I typically don’t sit at the bar, but did on this trip. The service was great!I ordered the chicken and steamed broccoli - absolutely delicious!
The absolute best fried pickles we have ever had! Service was phenomenal however the chairs are really uncomfortable, and the beer cheese bacon burger was not that great, they put so much house mustard on there that was all you could taste, maybe use less. The sushi was great my wife said. We will definitely eat there again because the atmosphere, the employees, the speed of the food coming out all made for a good experience overall.
We were looking foe something different for lunch today and drove by Drake’s. The restaurant looked very inviting with a brewhouse/BBQ vibe. We made a great choice. Greeted immediately by a friendly staff member we were told we could sit wherever we wanted. There are two sides with both having the same bar. A large fireplace with comfy chairs looked very inviting. Greeted by our server, Taylor, who served drinks immediately. They have a very large craft cocktail menu, decent wine list and a plethora of crafty beers. The menu had stellar apps, where the pretzels and beer cheese stood out. There was a full menu of salads, but the grilled cheese was calling my name. My sis choose Juicy Lucies from the large selection of smashburgers. If not in a bar menu mood the sushi looked amazing too! The pretzels were warm, buttery with a slight crunch on the outside and soft center. Dipping in the beer cheese a must. The grilled cheese was so good! The Juicy Lucies were sliders stacked with two burgers, cheese, pickles, lettuce and mayo. Not very pretty to eat, but oh my goodness good! We were checked on throughout the meal by several staff members including the managers who went out of their way to make sure we were having a great meal. Definitely a place to stop!
