I understand being understaffed. But there is no hustle, no cares given. Take care of those that are there and clean up! It’s mind boggling how much disconcert there is.
I used the restroom at the location and it smells as if the sewer is venting into the men's restroom. And the menu was filthy with something smeared on it.This location needs some one to manage it properly.Took 30 minutes to receive our food with only maybe 3 tables seated in the restaurant.When food arrived the lady dropped the plates on the table and just walked away. We never received our toast with our meal.I had to walk up to the counter to ask for hot sauce. Second cup of coffee came after we finished our meal.Some teens made alot of commotion then lit off a firework in the restaurant that smell so rotten and no one addressed the issue.Silverware was dirty as well.This has been one of the worst experiences at this location. We use to love eating here and now it is just a bad experience every time.
Absolutely terrible service My mother in law and i went at 2:30am after we finished pricing a house for an estate sale. We get there and had to wait 10 min for a table because she had none clean. All the tables were disgusting. She had an extreme bad attitude. After sitting, my MIL ordered a cup of coffee that we had to wait 30+ minutes on and ask 4 times for. When she brought the coffee to us she slammed the cup down and walked off. After ordering our food she brought it to us and slammed the plates down and again walked off. Never asked if the food was good, never said sorry about your wait for sitting us, never said sorry for forgetting the cup of coffee. Never brought us our receipt. When we paid she didn’t say anything to us other than our total and when we said thank you she said “yup” and walked off. Very rude service.

Love it. Had not been here in about 18 months. The new promotion is great AYCE for 6.99 pancakes, scramble eggs with cheese, and hash browns. Add meat for additional 2.00.
Went there to eat brunch and I order philly cheese steak omelet with avocado for my side and they served me an avocado on separate plate! just look at the pic.All the avocado was in the side of the plate I just move in the middle of the plate to make it look good..my husband even commented that looks like an avocado ready to be throw in the garbage…
The guy who showed us to our table did so without speaking a single word, set our menus down and walked away...However the waitress was friendly enough.Must be some serious supply change issues having to do with the times because they were out of several menu options.
The past couple times I've been here to has been mediocre. However, this last time we go here for a long time. The biscuit n gravy ordered barely had gravy on it, the biscuits were hard and when I asked for extra gravy, I was given a very small bowl with a small amount of gravy in it. It still wasn't enough but I went with it, only to find I was charged extra for it when I got my ticket. My soda was flat and I had to chase her down for any other kind of service. I usually don't complain but after giving this place several second chances I'll go elsewhere.
I had an amazing evening eating at this location. Came in at 7:30pm with my wife and Destiny was an amazing server all around. Very polite and could tell she cared if we had a good experience or not. All the staff was very friendly and the food was cool but I will definitely be back for the amazing server and food we had a great experience.
They're so nice here. The entire staff is really welcoming and the atmosphere is clean. Our food is always exactly as expected or better and there's seldomly a wait. Classic diner food.
