Placed an order online for carry out and was advised that it would be ready at 738pm. It was not ready when I arrived and I was told that there were only 2 orders ahead of me. I stood there for TEN minutes and watched well over 6+ orders get bagged and no sight of my order. Mind you, NO ONE ELSE is standing there waiting but me. Each time I asked, no one came back to me to provide an update. Finally a guy who I assumed to be the manager came to me and asked if I needed help. I for the THIRD time said that I was waiting on an order that at this point was now over 10mins late. He asked the kitchen for an update and I heard no response. I then proceed to ask for a refund. He tells me that he can go to the back and process the refund. I ask for a receipt and he looks at me puzzled!!! NO WAY I'm leaving your restaurant and just going to TRUST that you process my refund... INSANE!! Now my order comes out. They hand me the bag and the dish of the flavor of the day. The flavor of the day was Turtle Dove.....custard with chocolate, pecans, and caramel. What they handed me was basically a dish of vanilla custard. I'm beyond LIVID at this point. I left the VANILLA custard on the counter and left. Their lack of concern, lack of service, and lack of apology was extremely disappointing. I have visited this location often and have never experienced such horrible service. ?UPDATE: When I got home and sat down to eat, my order was WRONG!!! Called the restaurant and demanded a refund which was provided.
Had the cod sandwich. It was hot and tasty. Had some confusion about the "Works" on the burger.Wife followed daughter's order with the "Works". This was keyed in at the register. That appears to be pickles, onion, ketchup and mustard.Wife wanted lettuce and tomato too.Trip to the counter is where we were in informed about the "Works". She did get lettuce and tomato. All good. Now we know how to do it. The grandson had the kids meal, with free scoop of ice cream. That was a fair amount of ice cream.. Good deal..
We were traveling through and stopped for lunch. Burgers were greatBut we waited 30 minutes for our custard we ended up getting a refund. They made peoples orders and putting them in the pie cooler before even making ours and we were standing in line. Poor service
I always satisfied with the food at Culver's. The double bacon deluxe is so good and the fries have been fresh and flavorful every time. There's often a long line, but I don't end up waiting too long before my order gets taken. And considering the food is freshly made, I'm willing to wait. Definitely recommend this place.
Stopped in for lunch. They had just opened for the day, and well.....it was disgusting. Besides the food we got being pretty much trash, there was food and trash all over the dining room area; the condiment station was disgusting and every ketchup dispenser was broken or torn up. The soda area was dirty/sticky and not a lid or straw in site. And since they had recently opened, had to have been like this from the day before. Behind the counter was worse....and the fact there were 6...yes 6 employees leaning on the back counter not doing anything. What a shame. This place used to be our go to. Not any more. How disappointing.
Going downhill in a hurry. Tonight, extended wait in drive thru for 3 items, one of which was incorrect. Ordered (and paid for) a double deluxe no mayo. Instead, received a single deluxe with mayo.Patties also being made ahead of time. Cheese has not been melted on my last several burgers. Unfortunate, because this was my place. Won't return. Too expensive to receive the wrong item(s).
Clean and quick. Staff is super nice! Enjoyed our stop here after being in the car all day. They've got a great team at this location. Good work guys!
I've yet to find a better burger. I WILL TAKE THIS TO THE GRAVE. Don't @ me.This location always has a line mile long, but they manage it well. The food is always hot, the fries and curds crispy and delicious. Wonderful location. 10/10 will visit again this week. And next week.
I ate inside for the 1st time since the pandemic started, I usually go to the drive through. Food was great, fresh fries and butter burgers were on point. Just the time I went on the weekend, the majority of the tables were dirty.
Food was good but holy cow the drive through waiting time after ordering was really long. I probably won't be back due to that. I think it took over a half hour to get my food after ordering and paying for it. Granted it was around lunchtime so maybe all places in that area are like this but not something I will be doing again.
