It's gonna be hard to go back here when I had to wait over 45 minutes in a 5 car line. Like what are your employees doing? ?
They got my order right, except for the fact that they forgot to give me my Buffalo sauce and when I tried to go in to the restaurant it was locked.
For some reason the fries here are much better that at other BK.
The food came pretty fast and it was hot haven't been to king since I stopped eating red meat. My Daughter told me about this new Vegan Burger so I had to try it and it delivered.
I was wondering why there were hardly no customers there at 12:15 today now I know why. I won’t go back to this Burger King the girl at the drive thru pay window just stood and looked at me, I had to ask how much cause and she mumbled something I couldn’t understand when I asked her to repeat it I got the same so I just gave her my debit card. No receipt. My fries were like warm and my Junior Whoppers were almost cold with missing toppings and the bun wasn’t prepped at all just straight out of the bag. The line next door to Popeyes was wrapped around the building but there’s no waiting at this lazy Burger King. First time they’ve never given me a receipt taped to the bag now I know why. The girl with the long gold fingernails who handed me my food was just as rude.
Onion rings and big fish sandwich was excellent and the employee was very cordial and friendly.
Food was hot and tasty. Nice people. Good service
this was the worst service I have ever had! we ordered 3 meals and they only got 1 right. we went back a second third and fourth time and still didn't get what we ordered! then when they gave us our money back they kept $2 of our money! we will never visit this store again
Pulled up and employees are in the parking lot hugging and kissing and hanging out in cars . Two employees a tall dude and some chick walking outside holding hands and ish like it's social hour. Not sure who was making the food? Smdh I pull up to order she repeats what I ordered and I got something else. Then hands me my bag all quick and balled up and says have a nice night. Never gave me back my credit card. Had to sit at the window for at least 2 to 3 minutes before she realized I was waiting for my card then didn't apologize just made a face and handed me back my card. Why do fast food restaurants hire kids to run their establishment in the night without adult supervision. Food cold as hell and sloppy. Waste of money. I want a refund.
Need to care about what they serve people, make sure the food is hot and fresh.
