Waited 45 minutes to get cool/lukewarm food, other patrons got served that were seated after us. Manager wouldn't even speak to us and had the server do it. Paid for our drinks and left. I get short staffed, as I work in the food industry as well. I could understand if it was busier, but it wasn't. Only a handful of people inside. Will not be back.

Morgan made me the BEST drinks today! I’m fortunate to say I have BWW near my home to travel to whether alone or with family. It’s always my go-to!Thanks for the awesome drinks and experience, once again! Going home, full and happy!
This location does not take Open table reservations. We did not know this until we got there & were told it would be an hour wait. The app let us make a reservation & led us to believe we’d get a table quickly. Very disappointing considering we’d planned to watch NCAA basketball games.
Did not even get seated. Once we arrived they told us it was an hour wait and that they don’t honor Open Table, even though they are on the app. They need to be removed from Open Table if they don’t want to participate.
As we came in we stood behind a family at the host stand for about 5 minutes the restaurant was almost completely empty. We then finally got seated and it took an additional 10 minutes until we left as no one wanted to even take our drinks because they were working very hard in a conversation behind the bar. We then got up walked across the street to Texas roadhouse and had a great dinner.
I ordered online, and it got here on time so DoorDash wasn’t the issue. However, some of my wings were literally as big as a bouncy ball. It all tasted pretty decent, I just did not get anywhere near as much as I paid for.
There was a 45 minute wait with only a few tables seated. The reason stated only 2 kitchen staff. Yet there were plenty servers and bar staff. The food was and is delicious . Yet while enjoying our meal a large party was turned away because one of eight diners dud not have their drivers license. The four couples were all easily over 60 years old. Kenny was a wonderful server.
We had brisket tacos and brisket sandwich and both loved our meal. Our waitress was awesome! I’m sure we will be back.
