YUCKY YUCK YUCK! I wish I could give this location NO stars, my food was disgusting, over cooked, heavy breaded chicken and the manager is an young butt hole who refuse to give me a refund or different food! I had to call customer service bc Manager Jacob Morales was dismissive concerning my concern! Today is the day that I stop eating wingSTOP!
This location is not what u would expect from a regular wingstop… the don’t have dine in… the wings barely had sauce on them and the rolls were not cooked all they way and didn’t have butter on them the corn was dry. I won’t come back to this location.
Food was good but staff very unprofessional. I was picking up a pick up order and cashier was cursing and repeating things an angry customer was saying on the phone. Very unprofessional the conversation was between her and the customer not the whole store.
Lol all this bad reviews and this is honestly my favorite location so far my wings are always perfect and the staff is always nice mostly young kids too so I don't understand how they are rude they are always super nice, last time I went in there the old school reggeton was on point while I waited for my order I rather go to this location then any other locations near by!!?
This location is trash....They'll go out their way to mess up your order. One in forest park is better imo
I ordered atomic wings combo. This is most spicy wings claimed by wing stop. I was waiting for my order to receive. In the time, I wanted use restroom. The recepnist told me that this is not a public restroom. I asked why? Every restaurant has a restroom that customer can use. First she looked furious. Anyways, I got my order, and was very excited to try out my atomic wings which supposed to be spicy. Once I tried the wings it was so salty and sour. It was not spicy at all. I had to waste my wings. I could not believe I spent $15 to get the wings and it disappointed me. I am never going back to wing stop. They are lie.
Well for starters, they never answer. I once Called from a different number because I was On hold for so long, and they answered from the other call stating they don’t take cash. Every time I order, they don’t take cash. Using the app is easiest I guess. Anyway, no parm on my garlic parm. I’ve given this place three tries. Annnnd still not feeling them.
Never received my order. I placed my order on 1/9/[email protected]:30p my delivery should’ve come at 6:25p never came. driver finally announced delivery at 7:20p. I never got my order so I called WingStop for help and they denied service. I placed that order though their website they should’ve help me. I want a refund. They claim it wasn’t their fault. I believe it is you so quick to take my money but you can’t make your driver come back and give me my food. All I want is my refund.
Ordered extra parmesan and to be cooked lightly. Didn't get at first but they did remake. They do not accept cash at this place.
