Horrible! ?? This Wendy's located on Harlem Ave and Madison St in Oak Park IL is the worst Wendys so far. Although the cashier was pleasant her manager or supervisor had no customer service skills what so ever. And she was rude to her employee right in front of customers. I felt bad for the cashier. They never have simple condiments. The lobby is gross. I will never eat or buy from this Wendys AGAIN!!?
A Corporate store at that/ So sad the unprofessional staff . Disgusted with the staff and manager I had to call the higher ups for a minor incident that was so uncessarry. EMPLOYEES DON'T UNDERSTAND THAT THEY CANNOT TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE TRASH AND GET AWAY WITH IT. MY SITUATION WAS SOLVED WITH THE UTMOST KINDNESS & PROFESSIONALISM Thank you Mr.Geraldo
I ordered a 4 for 4 and told them the drink and a frosty. They just had a drink and frosty for 3.98. Then they realized I wanted a 4 for 4 which included a drink but they then took 4.98 extra out of my gift card which they said they were correcting. Charging me for the drink separately. I paid 8.98 for a 4 for 4 and frosty. And they don't ever give you a receipt to hid what they are doing.
Uhhh told me that “they closed bc short staffed” at 2am with all lights on. On a Saturday night. Sounds more like I didn’t want to do my job. Thanks! I’m a nurse getting off a 20 hour shift just looking for some substance. Hopefully, someone reads this.
Skip this location. Service is horrible, the wait time is outrageous and to wait all that time in DT and my food is cold is a no for me. I will say that my strawberry frosty was quite tasty!
The ghetto! This is one of the worst wendys I ever visited. They had half the menu items, half the drinks were not available. The coffee tasted like hot water, just a overall bad experience. Do better wendys!
Just got dinner here. Got home and the burgers look like chocolate chip cookies ?. So disappointed. Did call and the Manager was very nice but the cook needs to get a job at a bakery.
For some reason this restaurant has only been able to take cash payments recently, which in turn made the drive-thru line much faster. Unfortunately they don't have a way to let people know this until in front of the ordering speaker.
In all my years of going to Wendy’s I’ve never received service like I received yesterday. This location is the WORST!!! The customer service is HORRIBLE!!! Either retrain the young men that work there or hire you another mature crew. The young men working the drive thru 5/18/22 are very disrespectful and don’t take customer service serious it seems as if they come to work to play and not work. I’m in management, I have a lot of teenagers and young adults working for me so I’m all about hiring and training the younger generation but there’s no way that I would allow them to provide service like I received. Find another location if you want great service people.
We stopped here the other night to pick up a quick dinner on our way home. We had a really great experience. The staff was excellent, they saw my kids and gave them apple slices, juice boxes, and the toys that come in the kids meals for free, even though we didn't order kids meals. It was super thoughtful of them and made my kids so happy! They were really busy that night but still had super quick service. We were in and out in under 5 minutes. Our orders were correct and the food was hot and fresh. No issues there at all. This is a great Wendy's location and we will definitely be stopping by again soon!
