Didn't realize the pie shop was here because of the huge sign above the store that has nothing to do with the place.Glad I stopped in to find this neighborhood gem. I had the Chocolate Chess (reminds me of a fudge brownie) Lemon Lavender, Brown sugar (really good!) mini pies. Also the ham & cheese quiches.The crusts were tasty, and flaky, fillings are flavorful. They sell whole pies, slices and minis. Which I suggest to get if you can't make up your mind. If you're in the neighborhood stop in!!!

All of it is delicious, both sweet and savory. Their chicken pot pie is decadent, and the dessert pies are amazing. Next time you need to "bring something" to a dinner, skip the bottle of wine and bring a Happy Apple pie!
My sister shared this amazing place with me. The Happy Apple Pie Shop is now one of my favorite places for chicken pot pie (regular and tandoori!), spinach and feta pie and Checker Pie. ? An absolute must of you're in the area and totally worth visiting if you're from out of town. The staff is so warm and friendly, too.

Having kids with severe nut allergies, this is one of the few bakeries that I feel comfortable going to. They do an outstanding job of allergy awareness.Their chocolate chess pie is out of this world.They have always been friendly and patient with us, while we slowly make a choice between their delicious options.
