Not sure what happened to this restaurant, I used to like coming here.Last night, my boyfriend and I decided to stop by after a movie, so it had to be around 10pm, the place appeared busy so we decided to order to go. We were greeted by a young lady sitting across the entrance and we informed her we decided to take out. She then instructed us to walk towards "the red bags", which turned out to be the kitchen area, and place our order there, We stood there for a while and no one attended us. We started to notice the area was not clean and there was a weird smell around the area. Since we were standing between the bar and where the staff places table orders, we asked a young man if it was fine for us to sit at the bar, have some drinks and order to go. He politely told us it was fine and so we walked over to the bar and sat down. The bar was dirty, there was particles along the entire surface of the bar and so we waited for the bartender to wipe the bar. The bartender did not acknowledge us at all, we sat there and waited. Shortly after, the young lady that greeted us when we arrived, walked over to the female bartender and was talking to her in private and before we knew it the bartender said out loud "I'm not doing any take out orders! They can sit there all they want!"Beside a woman who was drinking across from us, we were the only ones sitting at the bar. Everyone else were sitting at the tables behind us, eating.I was absolutely appalled and embarrassed and asked the young woman who first greeted us, why?I couldn't understand what we did wrong and why the treatment. My boyfriend and I decided to go somewhere else.I will NEVER go back to this place again!

Loved it friendly atmosphere friendly waiter great place to come back and eat at

Came today first time ever with my wife and son told my wife to go first with my son to find a table while I park. The time was 4:15 pm there was literally like 10 customers already seated some at tables and some at the bar. While I park the car I came in and to my surprise my family is not seated. Not one person ask us to be seated or sit where you like even while workers saw us at the front. We then ask a waiter if we can be seated and to my surprise she ask another waiter to sit us she saw us and said no. I look around and look at my wife and said let’s go. It appears that this place only sits and attends to African Americans and not others of color as that’s how I felt when the waiter told me no. What a shame I will never come back or any other TGI location.

We don't have a TGI Friday's anywhere near home (California) so we love to stop in when we travel. I wasn't disappointed! I love their whiskey sauce so much I could marry it. However, my husband is great too ;) He got a burger and fries and i got a 24 count appetizer of boneless wings and got to choose a couple sauces to dip them in. Of course whiskey sauce! I also tried their apple bbq. I was not impressed, but you can dip those into the whiskey sauce and then they taste better. I was kinda surprised I was charged EXTRA for more whiskey sauce, when both mine and my husband's entrees/dishes included whiskey sauce. I know they used to charge if your entree didn't have the words whiskey sauce in it... so I wonder if its a new thing? Anyway, we will come again to this brand, and I will check the ticket before husband pays it :) just be aware!

Shrimp pasta chicken was very nasty and cheesy I had to tell my server I did not like it and he threw it away. The fries and hot wings did not come out freshly cooked it was more like room temperature , I did not like that at all . I literally threw up my food as soon as I felt out the door . The food isn’t the problem, it’s the people who cooks it .

Horrible experience, they served me old chicken wings there were maybe already spoiled. The bones were even black and the chicken actually tasted funny and had a foul smell. I told the Manager and all I recieved was a coupon for an appetizer. So pitiful never going back again.

Dined in on 04.02.22. Sat by bar area. Server was the manager. Hostess were nice. Server was nice. Drinks were on point. Nice strong and fruity. I ordered the glazed baby back ribs, full rack. They were 10 out of ten. Very impressed. Also had the appetizer w wings and potato skins, was great as well. Only thing is I wish they had control of the music. Was playing too much country but it wasnt loud and not a biggie at all. Service, food and short wait, place gets my 5 outta 5 vote.
