More like 3.5 stars. The ambiance and service is 5 stars. Clean place with cool vibes. But the food is more like 3... It's cool. Looks great but lacks big flavor. Might be perfect for some. Also a bit overpriced but expected for the area - I can only imagine the rent costs. Probably would go back for like a group thing. Happy we checked it out.

Best Carne Asada tacos around! Great food, and drinks; creative and very inexpensive for the quality. Those who complain it’s too expensive, need to get out of or go back to Taco Bell! Outstanding bang for your buck!

* Update - went back. Yeah, this is the best steak taco I have ever had. The meat is charred on the outside, not overcooked, and tender as well. This is not a cheap taco. Original review: Went on something of a taco tour as we noticed that there are some new taco offerings in town. This place was excellent. More of sit down restuarant. Very cool decor. The service was excellent. The place was very busy, but our food came very quickly. The toppings for a taco place are on the fancy side: pickled onions, cilantro and a few cream and pepper sauces. All of the meats are very good. The pork taco is well seasoned, the chicken taco also has a terrific blend of spices. These tacos are also a little bigger than your standard taco joint tacos, so the extra dollar is well worth it. This is a great spot for some beer and tacos with friends.

A great new addition to the neighborhood. This well-lit, inviting space has decor, friendly staff, reasonable prices and delicious food. The corn tortillas they use for the tacos live up to the hype; they're slightly chewy and hold up very well with the decadent fillings, so they're not falling apart even if you add (lots of) one of their salsas. A return trip, we tried the rice bowl and the torta, both of which were also good (but the tacos were hard to beat). It looks like they have a walk-up window, so I can't wait to see what they are up to as the weather improves.

Just finished dinner here for my girlfriends birthday. Tacos were delicious, recommend the Quesidillas too! We spoke to the I assume owner or head chef and he was incredibly nice and it was obvious how much he cares for his business.Sometimes it’s more than just the food, and I would recommend this place purely for the man we spoke to, let alone how great the food was.

Very good! Best steak tacos, hands down. I’ll be back soon!

Really flavorful. The whole family loved it! My toddler ate the guacamole by the spoonful. Quality meat and generous portions. Will definitely order again!

Stopped by for tacos on the way home from work. Got a few 3packs for the fam. They were good priced right. Only thing is there are no ground beef tacos?! ?☹️

It is my first time to visit the place and I wish I got someone with me. The place is really cool, the interior looks nice and I really like the vibe perfect spot for something casual like dating, or even meeting up with family and friends. The place is clean and the staff is nice and friendly. They only have a few options on their menu and I just order carne asada taco, carnitas taco and a glass of margarita. Both of the taco has a huge portion and it was perfectly seasoned and each flavor. Each of the taco cost 5 $ and it is not that bad and it is fairly reasonable. I am looking forward to be back and I would definitely bring my family or friends.

First time here was disappointing. Received a Taco Mucho special menu message for Dia de Muertos. Had anticipated a variety of tamales, tacos, along with pan de muerto with hot chocolate and blackberry margaritas. The place was lively and on arrival, the staff pretty much said there was nowhere to sit in the back dining area and we had to order carry-out. With not even an offer for us to wait for a table, we changed plans, and ordered to go. Expecting to order a bunch of tamales, to our dismay, only had one kind "red salsa/pork". So, vegetarians beware, nothing for you. Since we were waiting we ordered blackberry margaritas and 2 orders of the hot chocolate and pan... 15 minutes later, our tamales came out wrapped to go, but no drinks. We watched in anticipation as other margaritas were poured for dine in guests and ours seemed overlooked. Returned to the counter to remind of the other food items along with margaritas and received an apology that they were busy. We watched at least 4 employees standing waiting on food orders and two would return behind the bar to pour beers. Five minutes after I asked, our counter employee poured our margaritas. Ten minutes later, our hot chocolate and pan came out. So I am a fan of local restaurants however, staffing will need to be improved if they expect return diners for $5 tacos. We had our drinks and returned home. The tamales are a good size, but seemed a bit dry from sitting... a good half hour wait to bag "prepared" food from Taco Mucho.
