Our experience was great here. Fast service (it was a Monday) and we loved the taste! Classic black milk tea and kiwi strawberry black tea. A little pricier but would come here again :)
First and foremost this establishment needs a real deep clean. It looks discussing, dusty and staff does not wear any hair nets. The drink was flavorless and on top of that it had a long black hair inside my drink. When taken the drink back to the “manager” she looked non empathetic nor did she care, all she did was remake it. The ice is stored in a dirty old picnic cooler and the employees look like they a real shower and some grooming. I’m shocked that the health inspector hasn’t payed them a visit yet, will not be returning!
The menu may seem generic but the exotic flavors are anything but the prep time depending on the drink may seem longer than average however.Outside of the usual suspects of peach,mango,strawberries.Expect to see asian fruits such as dragon fruitnand passion fruit on the menu as well.If your looking for a summer treat in liquid form stop in.But always remember you get more to drink if you order your favorite beverages with NO ICE!!
I want to love this place because it’s local So I wanted to review this place with love. Please improve your recipes. I ordered a taro smoothie and unfortunately I didn’t take my first sip till I drove away. It was very watery tasting/ice (the employee told me it was dairy free) which is fine, however I would appreciated a stronger Taro flavor. The boba was great tho. I want to see this place do great!
Milk tea is not good. They didn’t use enough tea. Taste too much like milk. Waited over 20 min for milk tea and rolled ice cream. Also the place could use a clean up. Floors were dirty along with counters and glass.
The boba itself is alright but the time it takes is questionable. It took 35+ minutes just to make 4 regular milk teas. I only recommend if you order in advance and expect a long wait. Otherwise the boba is average but ok. Plus the design of the store is nice.
I recently ordered from here not that long ago and the staff were kids. There were no adults working and I was hearing swearing as they were having loud converstations. Not to mention I over heard the staff saying they have Mold in their sugar as I was walking out with my order. They are very unprofessional and highly understaffed. Do not waste your money at this store, you will either leave sick or upset at theTime you wasted.
I got a vanilla milk tea with extra boba and when I got in the car the first 10 sips I didn’t get any tapioca. I paid more than $2 just for the extra boba and it was as if they put the regular amount or even less. The drink itself was very flavorless, I understand it’s a basic flavor but this literally just tastes like milk out of the gallon. I don’t think I’ll be coming back, over $10 for a drink and they didn’t make it correctly.
please work on keeping the atmosphere UP BEAT! I walked in on a weekday 6 pm and the place was flooded in low energy and place looked dead. TVs off. Behind the counter workers need to deliver more service please
After waiting just under 2 hours for my single ice cream order...yes, you read that right...I received a product that really wasn't anything different from what you could get at the grocery store and one that I didn't originally order and absolutely no apology nor a thank you for my patience. Their website was down when I tried to place my order for a chocolate rolled ice cream -as is, no customization- so I ordered via GrubHub at 8:04pm. The app informed me that my order was complete at 8:24pm. With a complete understanding of all things in the service industry taking a bit longer these days, I was patient when the girl at the cash register told me it would actually be another 20 minutes (something, it ends up, she told everybody). The chaos of order tickets not existing and then having no rhyme or reason once found, the place running out of nutella making my chocolate ice cream order no longer able to be made, and then to having to speak up when the owner came in at about 9:30pm with his family when they only added to the chaos and confusion, found me receiving an Oreo ice cream at about 9:50pm and that was only made after I reminded an employee that she had told me she would make that for me as a substitute an hour earlier. These issues PLUS the place running out of both boba, sugar, and milk foam, watching countless customers being met with silence in response to their questions, foul language by employees, and cream left out on the counter the ENTIRE time I was there left me with a stomach ache and no apology to boot.Though I live right next door to this place, I do not see myself ever returning to try their boba tea out of fear of reliving that 2 hour nightmare again.
