Yesterday 07-29-2021 I went into the Starbucks not sure what I wanted to have. Jerome and Angel are the coffee whisperers of Starbucks. From their amazing happy smiles to the attention I was given and other guest was the best feeling . Their energy never changed as people came and left and I just stood there thinking of what I wanted. My anxiety was at a all time high. Jerome and Angel tossed me ideas and shared all the best sellers and just unique drinks. I eventually got one of the newest drinks on the menu..... omg.... amazing. I probably would of left if not for those two amazing young men. Never pushy, never annoyed with me, never rushed me, and only showed me love and respect. I can't thank those two amazing young men enough. You both are true STARBUCK WHISPERS!!! I'm honored I met you both and will be back because of you guys!!!!!! I would like to say as a customer who comes in every day sometimes twice a day that your employee Carlotta Shaw is awesome ? I would like to say how she is so friendly and how hard of a worker that she is .She is always smiling and has such a good attitude she always makes my drinks perfect ? she is such a hard worker and deserves recognition for her work I wish more people were like her at Starbucks one satisfied customer keep up the great work Carlotta Shaw ???!!
Staffs are not attentive. One cashier yesterday took almost 7 mins talking with the girl ordering her drink ‘so do you like post malone’ if you’re trying get her number please consider that there are other customers trying to get a drink.
I work across the street and my coworkers and I always get coffee at this Starbucks. I dont know her name, she is blonde and has completed one huge order that I had that consisted of 13 different drinks and she was just awesome about everything. I appreciate her for all the work she does when we go over there. she like deserves a raise of some sort.
Small, cramped seating area... mostly filled with young teenagers, in a noisy busy corner space near entry/exit doors. Staff? Yeah, not very attentive to waiting customers. Overall, I just can't enjoy a coffee in the atmosphere of a high school cafeteria.

Unfriendly and rude staff. They don't really acknowledge or greet you unless you're right in front of them and waiting to order. It's like they've never worked in a customer-facing job before. Place is usually kept clean and tidy though.
