Lou Malnati's serves the best pizza in Chicago. This was our first time visiting this particular location. The location is excellent. The décor both inside and out is well maintained. Our server took our order promptly and brought our drinks quickly. My only negative was our server didn't refill our drinks as much as I would have expected on such a hot day.

Good to be back home from Florida. Service was great Sophia K, took very good care of us. Drinks were on point. I forgot to take pictures and drank it down so fast. Oak Park Lou Malnati's you rock.

Only reason im giving 2 Stars is because customer service did a good job..But the pizza tasted out of the freezer it was dry no sauce no oils it was horrible Lou manati really suppose to be a notch better then your local corner pizza I don't think so save your $$

Food was good as always, but the service was not great. The waitresses spent most of their time talking to each other in a group of 4+. We waited a long time for drinks. My husband had to go to the bar to ask about it after 15 minutes. Our waitress was very nice, but there were long periods of time when we would just be sitting at the table waiting.

Two of us (my son and I) shared a thin crust pizza at Lou Malnati's, and found it quite good. I don't think it is extraordinary, but it was well seasoned and well cooked. Service was very good as well.

With as many employees they having running around all over the place - two hostesses, waitress, then young men bring food, you would think they would have someone available to clean their nasty, filthy bathrooms!!! No toilet paper, used toilet paper, paper towels all over floor, garbage cans overflowing. Pizza is good, but not nearly as good as at other Lou Malnati locations around Chicagoland. Other locations pizza is alot more flavorful and you can actually taste the buttercrust. Don't order thin crust, because the cheese is actually bright white in color, never cooked at all.

This was our first time having Chicago Deep Dish Pizza. I was very impressed!! A local person recommended this place to me.

Every time my husband and I have come to this property we’ve have had an issue. Be it a cold appetizer, seated at a dirty table, a coupon that wasn’t honored , a non consistent alcoholic beverage, waiting 20 some min to even be acknowledged or served and not getting silverware before food. We use to love this location but lately even our pizza has been made wrong. We definitely will stop visiting this location. Management needs to step up more.

This was the building next door; however, the pizza at this shop is not the same as the original, and we were quite disappointed.Stick with the main store or the ones in the burbs.

Our pizza was terrible. The crust was bland and the toppings were tasteless. The cheese was not cheesy at all. The only flavor we tasted were the spicy jalapeños on the top. We won’t be going back !
