Close earlier than posted hours, repeatedly told its a 25 minute wait for chicken even when it’s not busy and workers are in the back scrolling on their phones. Save yourself the trouble and go down the street to Popeyes.Updated: how annoying that the ‘owner’ has been giving the same generic response for years and clearly nothing has changed. While the staff is sub par, the disfunction obviously starts up the ladder
Took my annual trip to my nearest KFC, unfortunately it's this one. I took notes during my visit this time just so I could evaluate it fairly.6:00 Arrive in drive through line. Only one car ahead of us at the speaker. Good sign... or so I thought.6:05 Car in front of us leaves without ordering. Not good. Pull up to speaker. No signs of life from inside.6:08 After several confused "hello"s we get a curt reply - "give me a minute". Our first and last contact with those within.6:15 After no further contact from inside we cut our losses and leave.This trip I was actually taking notes on the times involved because this has been my standard experience with this KFC. I swore never to go back a few years ago after they forgot my order - literally had me park in one of the waiting spots, said they would run my order out, when I go inside to check on the progress after 20 minutes they told me they forgot I was there. But every once in a while I foolishly think to myself "KFC, that sounds good" and pull in here, embodying the definition of insanity by imagining my experience will be different. If you experience similar service here don't assume this is related to pandemic labor shortages or supply chain issues - this store has operated this way since I've moved here in 2015, and will likely be disappointing customers long after I'm gone.
It’s your basic KFC. Food was hot and on mark. When you go to a place like this, the staff can make or break the vibe. I did drive through and had an enjoyable conversation of what’s available or not. Then get substitute. Overall, it was an upbeat, pleasant visit.
Why is this place even open? If they don't have chicken, they close at hours NOT POSTED! Why did the horrible employee allow me to sit in the drive through, after the person in front ordered, to say they are closed. It was 7:19pm. I hate this place. Never will I try to give them my money again. Go somewhere else for your own sanity.
Chicken hot and so juicy. Staff was friendly and polite. So nice to still have great service at a fast food restaurant

If I could rate them at ZERO stars I would! Worst employees ever, super ghetto, very ignorant. Poor customer service, I wouldn’t trust the food just off the employees they allow to work at this location. This has been by far the worst experience ever trying to purchase chicken!
This location was the worst location yet because they gave me what they wanted and not what I ordered I don’t recommend this for no one poor customer service and rude workers
Normally pretty good, but they served us dry hard tenders without meat, just breading... the sides were the only edible thing. It was really sad for us to pay 40+dollars to recieve such gross old looking chicken. Someone at kfc, please fix this.
