This location doesn’t seem to go by the “freaky fast delivery” at all. Placed an online order at 1:20, it’s now 2:10 and still not here. Almost an hour for 1 sandwich… they are literally 5 min away from my house. Waste of a delivery fee when I could’ve gotten it myself in less time.
The young woman who answered the phone today (May 1st, at approximately 2:30) was horribly unenthusiastic. She also clearly didn't know the menu of her place of employment, and didn't understand that 3/27 is the same as 03/27 (I don't know anyone who would say "zero three" when giving a date). She then kept trying to order a Big John for me, instead of simply saying she didn't know the difference between a Hunter's Club and a Billy Club, which is what I was asking. Then after she finally got my card information, she has the audacity to say to me "You could be nicer" and then hangs up the phone in my face. I'm sorry, you don't know your job, you didn't seem to even want to be there, but I need to be nicer? How? By allowing you to sell me a sandwich I didn't ask for? I called back, and of course, Little Miss Enthusiasm didn't answer the phone, so I simply cancelled the order with the young man who did answer, who was infinitely more polite on the phone than the original person was. Hire more like him. Less like her. Good luck.
Their turkey sandwhiches are very delicious, and the deliver service is very fast.
Often do not put the correct amount of meat on the sandwich. I order one of the favorites (whichi is double meat) and usually get the spicy italian. They put the correct amount on the sandwich about 25% of the time. I usually check but didn't this last time and am severely disappointed discovering it after having left the store and made it home. I pay for the sandwich that has more and expect half of it to be left off. I won't return.
HORRIBLE service. goofing around. actually dancing in my face as I am fuming and waiting. BLARING music. Only customer in here and it took 20 minutes. I will never buy an overpriced sandwich here again.
Gave me the wrong sandwich. I asked them to fix it and they gave me a second sandwich - with no meat on it at all. Had them remake it again, it still wasn't right, but it had been more than thirty minutes, I needed to eat, and was at that point running late for a meeting. Not my experience typically at this location, but this was bad
After an hour and a half and two phone calls, my order got to me. Wasn’t even close to being right. Mildly disappointed to say the least.Wake up Jimmy John’s!
