Such a great location BUT possibly the slowest service of any Dunkin I’ve visited in my life.
Horrible service, 2 cars in front of us and we waited 15 minutes. When we got to the window the order was not done and they didn't know what we ordered and asked again. We had to wait almost 20 minutes for a strawberry milkshake.
Great and friendly service, one of the staff in the morning doesn't know how to make coffee though.
Got my order wrong twice! When ordering the woman didn’t even know how to use the cash register. I asked for a frozen chocolate and iced vanilla ice coffee. They forgot to put vanilla in my ice coffee then they gave me frozen coffee. I decided to let the iced coffee ordeal go but I went back in to tell them they got my frozen chocolate wrong and they said they’d fix it. When they gave me the other frozen chocolate it was not a frozen chocolate! It was a frozen MINT chocolate. I hate mint so it was bad and I had to throw it out. Never going to this dunkin again!
Workers were all on their phones as my grandma and I came in to make a purchase. We waited a 5 to 10 minutes for service. NOTHING NO ASSISTANCE! POOR SERVICE. WE WALKED OUT.
Absolute trash. Just tried going there in the drive through and the workers were standing there wearing the headset, BUT IGNORED ALL CUSTOMERS .. Did not take any orders or even brother to let anyone know why they aren’t taking orders. This is supposed to be a 24 hour place. It was a guy and there was another lady by the counter. At this point I did not even want to enter the store to order because I knew it would be even worse service. If I could rate a 0 I would
I mobile ordered and when I arrived they said they didn't have any items I ordered available. I asked for a refund or some equal value items and they said I'd have to come back the next day. So i saved my receipt and went back the next day. They claimed they didn't know what I was talking about and there was nothing they could do
Horrible they lock up the bathroom so they don’t have to clean it and the bathroom smells horrible . The bathroom stinks a lot. I don’t think they clean the bathroom . I had to hold my breath just tonto inside cause it smells like so bad I even vomit ? outside . Didn’t buy notbing cause their soap doesn’t work either . I wonder if their emplyees even wash heir hands .also employees that work on the morning have bad attitude . The orders they end messing it up and their emplyees that work at 6 am are so bad Wotb bad attitude . They are not professionals at all . I dotn even think they wear gloves or masks at all not professions at all . The white peole who work their are rude sort of disgusting as they don’t even wear gloves the latinos there are more nicer amd are more professional .
I would like to say that your employee by the name of Sarahi is such a good hard worker she is always so polite and friendly she is honestly a very hard worker and always knows how to make my drinks I love going there knowing that she is there kudos to her for her good work ethic that she has I’m so glad that she came back she honestly deserves a pay increase one truly satisfied customer ??!!!
Do NOT go to this Dunkin’ location. Not sure why this has an overall 4 star review as it is very misleading considering the overwhelming amount of negative reviews. They never get my order right- I always have to wait upwards of fifteen minutes. I placed an online order last weekend thinking it would be way quicker and it ended up being just as horrible as the drive through. I was ignored, I was given an incomplete order and when I pointed it out, they told me to come back the next day, which I couldn’t believe. Why would I come back to a place that made me wait so long paired with the horrible costumer service??? I also contacted customer service only to be told they apologize, but I would still need to come in for a refund. (Also offered a free coffee, but still.) So ridiculous. Don’t use the order ahead app. Don’t go to this location. Save your sanity, your time, and your money and go to Starbucks.
