I called with a delivery order shortly before closing because I was having issues ordering online. Micky, the store manager who answered my call, was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional despite the issues I was having online and the fact that it was close to closing time. Good customer service is often hard to come by at large companies, but Micky had such a personal touch that it made it feel like I wasn’t dealing with a large chain restaurant but rather a small caring ‘mom and pop’ shop.
Love it here the staff always friendly they took my huge order and when I came in they help me get it to my car….thank you guys
This was my 1st and last time playing with domino's I was ordering for a patient for a nursing home too much technical stuff to order a pizza and a 2 l Coke it's too late to cook I get to the site they say I don't have a order they come out and tell me to place the order I'm placed an order for cursive size services notice so many things is going on but I have not been called or no one came to my car into my car eventually I called into the store and they tell me all you're already you need to come in and pay for If this order was not for a patient for a nursing home I would have left it at domino's
I order online and with a couple exceptions have gotten incorrect items which were quickly resolved. Food varies in quality, example: sandwiches occasionally have burnt cheese but it isn’t a big enough problem. On the positive side the sandwiches are always very hot. Pizzas are okay but not my preference other than crispy crust. I do not like their pizza or red sauce, too much oregano. There are enough options for the pizzas so even someone picky like me can find options.
I would never???? go here again I placed a order over the phone and it took a whole 40m I only got 2 large pizzas said it was gone take 10 to 15 . The restaurant was dirty and nasty the worker’s was unprofessional and rude ???????? never again
I ordered . And then called me 20 min later to tell me they can’t order to my location which 8 min away .
Uh... It's Domino's, people. And, as far as Domino's go, this is the best one in the area. It's unfortunately greasy and what not, but it's Domino's. And if you just wanna eat Domino's for some reason, your kid saw a commerial, whatever... this is the one in the Oak Park/Forest Park/Berwyn area to go to. Period. All of the other locations put effort into being... about what one expects from the chain. This location is pretty consistent, and both tastes and looks like they actually tried! I'd say this one is in league with Beggars.
I orden at 8 p.m and the service is in good actitud i love this place
Todd (driver) was so lovely and polite, and the pizza was still delicious and hot!! Service here is always efficient, the drivers are quick, truly no complaints at all for this place.
