My food taste horrible not going back NEVER.
Absolute and consistently the worst chipotle experience I've ever had. Almost ALWAYS out of veggies and cheese, SUPER long lines. Just today I was told that due to short staffing, I could not place an order in person, but if I placed an online order I would be able to get good. Makes absolutely no sense. Very inconsistent with the portions and freshness. The ice AND soda machine has been out of order for MONTHS! GET IT TOGETHER! Avoid this location like the plague.
I eat Chipotle 3-4 times a week and my number of visits to this location is probably close to triple digits at this point. 99% of my visits have been positive, the food is prepared quickly and with care. I have never gotten sick from the food here as I have with other Chipotle locations. I have also built up a positive rapport with a few of the employees here as a regular. I do not have complaints when it comes to the quality of the food, however on more than one occasion they have been out of an ingredient, sometimes for more than 1 day. I am seeing a lot of negative reviews about this location, people need to chill out, this is not some 5 star restaurant and yet reading some 1 star reviews you would think that it is. Also, there is a national employment shortage right now so yes some orders might take a while as many places, including this one, are understaffed. Plus this is a VERY busy location in the middle of a busy area. People need to take a chill pill and stop freaking out over a slight wait or a mistake in their order. I've been here close to 100 times and can confirm this is a good location. This is a Chipotle people, not some Michelin star restaurant, get your expectations straight! 4/5 stars
This location sucks, but it’s the closest to my house. Not only does this location season their food the least, they don’t do a good job of giving the delivery person EVERYTHING you order. If you order an extra like a drink or chips, there’s a high chance you’re not going to get everything delivered to you. I’ve encountered this about 3 times when I’ve ordered delivery from here. This staff needs to pay more attention and make for a better delivery experience. Today was my last day ordering from here. I’ll go the extra mile to the one in the Brickyard.
My daughter ordered us dinner on Monday and both chicken bowls were loaded with salt. We had to throw the bowls in the garbage. I don’t eat that much salt and couldn’t enjoy our dinner.

We love Chipotle but this location on Lake St in Oak Park is terrible. The food ( protein and rice) is always cold, the portions are small and something is always missing from our pick-up orders. They just can't get it together. Not worth it...
Order was over 20 mins late and still looked like this....theree were close 10 employees for 4 customers in line at lunch...what exactly are we getting charged for?
Please educate your employees on the Cook County Department of Public Health's order pertaining to customers and delivery drivers that are picking up food from ordering online. Several customers and delivery drivers were told they had to wait outside while their order was being made. An employee told me that he doesn't make the rules, Cook County does. Yelling at us to wait outside in 20 degree temperatures for food is not what Cook County says in the Order. Proof of vaccination does not apply to customers/ delivery drivers that are picking up an online order. They can wait for their food to be made for no more then 10 mins. in the store. I hope this is not the case the next time I have to pick up food and deliver to a paying customer. Online pick up orders always take 20+ minutes longer then the original pick up time at this location. Customers wouldn't have to wait in the store if their order was ready on time.
Ordered two burrito bowls, to start they took forever to give us our online order. Once we got home, one of the burrito bowls had no steak and my bowl had a strain of hair in the rice. Lost my appetite after this.
