Great food and tasty first time definitely will be back.
Recently discovered the awesomeness of Buona! This was my first visit to this location in years. I had the 7 inch beef with cheese, hot peppers, baptized. It could have been dipped more, it was a bit on the dry side and lacked a bit of flavor, but overall, it was decent. Service was good and my order was ready when I got there. No complaints. I'll definitely return.

Clean ,friendly ,polite service. Great quick bite to eat. Dine in was a good idea. Food was yummy.
I've had Bouna Beef burgers before which I really loved until today. The meat was still raw so disappointing. I also ordered a chicken sandwich that I don't even want to try anymore.
Good Chicago Beef sandwiches with quick service at an extremely reasonable price. Give them a try. With or without hot giardiniera
stick to the beef, sausage and meatballs, those are 4 stars. the pasta, the burger and chopped salad are just okay, average.
Brought my sister here as this is her spot on payday for her, our mom and her kids. I didn't know Buona had such a vast menu these days...lol. I knew for beefs only. I was set to get fries only as a pescatarian and then saw they had a plant based Italian beef. So I tried it. I have to say it wasn't bad. I don't really remember what a real Italian beef tastes like anymore it's been so long. Had my sister taste it and she liked it but said it gave her gyro meat vibes. All in all it was good and safe to say was fully eaten! ?
I really appreciate the fact that Buona beef offers a vegan option additionally every time I've gone here I've had a good experience The staff is always very friendly and accommodating There's never an issue and I really really appreciate that and I'm proud of you bouna beef
Went on sat afternoon worst drive thru exp. My order not right. Cold fries. Asked for bbq wasn't given any and even asked if she put in the bag and just boldly lied. Not going back there in the afternoon no more.
