We went tonight and ordered a margarita pizza, 14 inch bricks pizza, a Greek salad, a beer, apple juice and a Diet Coke. I asked for the Bricks pizza to be cooked a little longer more done. The server noted it in on the order or at least I think he did. $54.10 order plus I gave a 20% tip. The pizza comes out and it wasn’t well done. I asked the server to put it back in for a few extra minutes. He walks away and about 10 minutes pass and now I am worried that he forgot. In the meantime, my daughter finished her pizza. My wife goes to check and the guy apologizes that they were making another pizza (because I assume they forgot and burnt the original pizza) By now I am disappointed, I go up and ask for the pizza to go because as noted my daughter was finished with her dinner. The server brings our pizza and I get a barely audible sorry. I wound think after spending $54.10 and giving a 20% tip ($11.00), that I would get more than a barely audible sorry. And to top it off when I get home and open the pizza it still wasn’t more done. It looked exactly the same as the first pizza.
This pizza (we had the Betty White Arugula), is as good as ANY pizza I've had in Italy, really truly, for $14! Come on!!
My boyfriend came here to pick up a pizza and as he was leaving out he slipped and fell due to No one putting salt on the ground. And the customer service sucks. Some guy answered the phone very rudely. DO BETTER!!!! Will not be coming here again. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star.
Ordered online for pickup, but still gave them a 20% tip. Arrived just after the pickup time and was told, "They're working on your pizza." When I asked why it wasn't ready when they said it would be, I was told, "We're busy." No apology. When I got the order, no one bothered to say thanks, in spite of the tip.If that wasn't enough to put me off, here's a picture of my ceasar salad that I paid for extra cheese and croutons. Pretty stingy. The pizza's not that good - they've lost me as a customer.
THIS PLACE IS SLAP YA MOMMA GOOD. If you haven’t been here, then what are you even doing? Their honey love pizza is TO DIE FOR. Their staff is the friendliest group of people you could possibly have serve your pizza/pasta/sandwich. Y’all gotta stop in and give this place a shot because you will NOT be disappointed.P.s. make sure you carb load and get a cookie skillet!
Ordered this pizza for work on Friday. Maybe the office catering isn't there specialty but it was not very good, mostly crust. Almost got lock jaw from trying to eat it. Would not recommend in an office setting.
First visit. Very happy with the pizza and the staff.
Walked in randomly for dinner because we love wood fire pizza. We got pizza and wings. Yummy! Great flavor, perfect crust texture. Only wish I would've gotten a larger pizza ☺️
Their Pizza was good, though I cannot say anything about the wait or service due to me being insise of therapy during the order.
I love this place! A long overdue review. Great addition to the Oak Park Ave strip. Wood fired Pizza?! Yes, please. Ingredients are fresh and pizza is delicious. The meatball sandwich is a must try too!! Sandwiches are hearty and also baked in the wood fired oven too. The staff seem to get along well and are always very friendly whenever I pick up an order.
