They’ll just tell you a certain combo you always order doesn’t exist and then give you random food because it’s more convenient then not answer
So the manager roj, he is very ignorant and goes off your very first job ever in order to hire ......I worked one day and they are so unorganized...cashier's always on their phone . The cooks leave the kitchen so the cashier's have to do everything . Also for the bone in they don't set the timer half the time the cooks just drop the chicken and come back and say "is it done yet" They don't know how to run a restaurant there I've worked at many and this is by faaaarrrrr the worse location .............
Wings are full of flavor and always have good specials. I always try to get any new flavors.
So had wings last night Ordered garlic parmesan it wasn't even garlic parmesan they just threw garlic powder on it or garlic salt. There was so much oil on it it was ridiculous so if you like a lot of oil on your chicken then yeah come here. The chicken was tasteless no season on it you had to dunk your stuff in ranch just to taste anything this place is garbage. Never again ........
I went today to take my order and the customer service was not good, especially the female employee who received the orders, she was not treating me in a respectful and decent manner.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Consistently gets orders wrong and manager is never available! Every time we order they miss something. Every.single.time. It’s not rocket science. Poor training and poor supervision. Pure laziness. Not coming here again.
Love this location! Always fresh, quick and made to order my go to spot when I'm in the area. I normally call in to make my orders. Im not sure how accurate they make the orders when its through an app or online. Usually no crowds or line when i pick up my which I love. Highly recommend this location wingstop!
Best wings in all of the wing stop locations.This one is the best food, always hot. They use fresh oil, very clean and the customer service is great! thank you ?? guys!!?
Charged my bank account $50 and said they never received my order and started to argue with me when they are wrong.
Pathetically run for super bowl. 99% of people waiting 30-45 mins past their order time, most were over 1 hour. Did they not know the game was today? What an absolute joke.
