Service was good, not great but good, was satisfied, I had the "The Big Lit" drink which I thought was pretty good, I think its just a long island iced tea my girl had the double berry mojito which was also pretty good for those mojito lovers, I ordered the Cajun shrimp and Chicken Pasta dinner which I wasn't overly excited about, it tasted a bit bland I needed to add salt to it and I NEVER add salt to my food, I don't think I'll be ordering that again, my daughter had the mozzarella sticks and macaroni which she loved (but then again shes only 10 am i right) but overall I'd say my experience was good, our waiter was good checked in on us a couple of times, 3 out of 5 stars

I went out with friends to celebrate our girl's Birthday. The restaurant wasn't very busy and we were seated quickly. Our waitress came over after a few minutes and took our orders. She was NOT attentive at all! She only had one other table that was before us so there wasn't any reason for her not to pay attention. She brought our food out but never came back to check to see if the food was ?ok! The Birthday girl ordered shrimp & pasta that was so bland when she tasted it and she didn't want it! It took 10 minutes for the waitress to return to our table. She didn't bring any napkins, she never offered us refills on our drinks! I ordered chicken, broccoli and tortellini and it was BLAND!!! I put lots of black pepper on it just to taste something! I will NEVER return to TGIF ever again! We asked if they had any desserts for the birthday girl and she brought out ice cream but it was partially charged on our bill. The music was Great!

Was not so good experience here first thing is that it's very pricey and next thing is , food was not fresh , it was stale.. But I must say that customer service were really nice.All staffs were polite and friendly.Also deserts were good so only desert recommended..

We went after a graduation and obviously they were unaware of the graduations at the nearby schools. We stood for 15 minutes waiting for a host an almost 30 minutes for our order ro be taken. A gentleman came out shortly he was nice had good service but seemed to be working too many tables as we could not ever get him. Food was decent as usual no complaints there. Just wish they plan better for graduation times.

I really enjoyed the food but the costumer service was 5 stars. because I came in 10 min till closing, I had surgery and my diet is limited. I was visiting the area for a funeral and they opened the kitchen and cooked me fresh salmon with mash potatoes and Broccoli. it was delicious.. I could only eat a few bites of but just the thought that they went out of their way to make sure I ate. I will support them forever and I suggest anybody in that area go support them good team over there good people the manager the bartenders all 5 stars.

Burger is good the people that work they very unprofessional they sit down at your table and take your order tried to do a little scam to try to make us pay a 5$ to sit down per person until manger came up

My mom and I went for dinner on 4.8.22. It took at least 10 minutes for our server to greet us, we were considering walking out when she finally came to take our order. We order a pop and wine, the wine sat at the bar for 5-10 min before it was delivered. It took over 20 min to get our appetizer which was warm when served, not hot. Something is not right when a restaurant is not busy and we were there for 1 hour 10 mins for appetizer. This location used to be our go to place, not anymore.

My food wasn't hot it was luke warm!My waitress Keiona wasn't that attentive, but I guess she was doing the best she can

The food was good. Our waiter was pleasant. We didn't feel safe after a fight broke out and the police arrived. We left in a hurry and left our umbrella. The next day I called for about 45 minutes to see if anyone turned it in ànd no one answered the phone. When I arrived I stood there for 15 minutes before some one asked me what I wanted. Needless to say my umbrella was gone and so is our service never again

Not really a good experience, appetizer was cold. They had the nerve to charge twice for their mistake. Manager wasn't professional, they just didn't have it together. I understand there's a shortage on employees but they have always been in the business of customer service so things shouldn't be as hard for them. Sanitation wasn't even at a minimum in my eyes. The entire restaurant needs a retraining session.
