This is the only Starbucks I usually go to and I never have complains but the lady at the drive thru today right now around 10:45am was really rude and acted as if she was doing us a huge favor of some kind. I’ve never experience this happen at this Starbucks all the other people usually are really caring and sweet
I'm so disappointed. I never have an issue with my order, ever. I order the same thing evertime I visit, WHITE CHOCOLATE MOCHA FRAPPUCCINO. When the associate in the drive through gave me my drink I couldn't help but notice that it wasn't what it usually looks like. She argued with me as if I didn't know what I was talking about. I asked if there was coffee in it and she said "no, you ordered a white chocolate frappuccino." I responded that I said a White chocolate mocha frappuccino. She then went on to explain cold and hot coffee as if I was not understanding what I was trying to order. So I wasted $6 on a drink that just went to the garbage.
Worst experience ever waited over 10+ mins in the drive thru for a drink because the idiots kept making mistakes with the person who ordered in front of me.My drink waited , I waited , this store is absolute trash and the young white chic full of excuses is trash too
Slow, rude service‼️ The barista slung my drink to me instead of handing it to me‼️ I feel like your products are way to EXPENSIVE to not get top notch service. Never again will I come to this location.
I ordered on line using the Starbucks app, so I didn't have to wait but when I got there my orders were not ready and I had to wait. My sandwich fell out of the bag because the bottom part of the paper bag wasn't sealed.
Mostly I pick up for delivery but employees tend to ignore the delivery drivers. My customers are your customers they pay both our bills. I don't expect them to drop everything for me but a simple I will be with you in a few minutes works great for me at my other job where I serve coffee and donuts.
Great service and a great drink. They even warmed my banana bread!
The line is usually a bit long, but that's because it's the last Starbucks just off of a major highway exit.Despite a 10 car line up most times I visit, I'm usually in and out in under 10 minutes with little issue. My drinks have always been right, too.The baristas are always polite and cheerful and everyone is great about wearing their masks. I come here regularly and will continue to do so.
I wasn't really pleased with this location they didn't offer a full menu of different coffees and they weren't apologetic about it as far as they weren't making any because it was too late that part I understood but for a simple cup of coffee not to be on the menu was disappointing I was looking for Sumatra
There is long lines inside and out. This location is always out of some sort of product. Inside was crowded. Many customers were not wearing masks. I took mine off. At the counter the cashier said I need a face covering and it was a law to wear it. I asked about the other customers not wearing a mask and I said it is not a law. I then put mine on and ordered a coffee. AGAIN, this location was out of product. This is the last time I'll be going to this location. Expected wait time for coffee is average 20-30 minutes.
