Very slow.. and once you get in line you are stuck because you can’t get out!!
Coffee is usually on par with other Starbucks locations. The drive through wait time is usually about 15-25 minutes this might be because inside Starbucks has vaccine requirements. Although the vaccine is not a law, it is a "mandate" by Cook County. Starbucks should have a voice with Cook County and let them this is unlawful and they are losing customers.
Oh my!!! The staff here is amazing!!!!!! I wasn't ordering just doing uber eats pick up and the manager and employees were so friendly Literally made me wanna come there everyday. Thank you for the uplift ladies and the shared excitement for my new edition. ❤ I will see yall soon!!
Drive thru is horrible but inside is no better. They will ignore you when you’re standing by mobile pickup and forget they even spoke to you.
Extremely slow with mobile app and in-store orders to appease drive-through customers. Drink that was supposed to be made by 7:07 PM is not made until 7:17 PM.

Came here for a iced white mocha and I forgot to say iced. Joe was so nice and said not worry about it, he remade it and was super polite.
