drive thru is permanently closed which is good cause that was dangerous!! we got a mocha frappuccino and yeah it was disgusting it didnt taste like anything but coffee.. there were still huge chunks of ice in it and 90 percent was whip cream idk what happened we have never had a problem here before but lately its gotten pretty bad with service one of the workers looked like she wanted to kill someone no smile no thank u barley said the names when she put the drinks down i get it understaffed is horrible right now im in the same situation but slap on that customer service smile and pretend everything is all good lol

Worst Starbucks ever! Drive thru is constantly backed up. don’t ask for extra shots in you drink. They will charge u for it but not put them in your drink. Customer service sucks here.
Sophia and Jackie are so sweet, and super chill. Lots of patience and they always have a smile on their faces. I always get the best customer service when i come in here (even if they are off that day) the staff in general are quick and have lots of patience. My coffee is always too sweet or too bitter at most other starbucks locations.But, this one has it down to a T. Jackie and Sophia, you deserve a raise.

Times are tough, staffing is tough, product shipments are tough. How in the hell do you not keep the drive through open at a starbucks? Shut down the inside and make it drive through only- not the other way around. That's what mobile ordering is for. This location has it backwards. And fill the drink too. 2 inches from the top is not ok.

I ordered a short white mocha with 3 espresso shots, I received a grande white mocha, when I asked if the 3 shots were in there, the barista said yes ma'am the shots are in there with a horrible attitude.
