Man, that regular coffee with sugar and cream, was a little to strongfor me. But I guess I'm not used to Starbucks coffee. It was just my second time having it.
They're dark chocolate covered vanilla creams are my absolute favorite however this last time when I went I ordered a pound and she gave me milk chocolate instead of the dark chocolate

Excellent staff every visit. Store is always clean even when busy. Order ahead line moves quickly.Parking can be tight at busy times but I can always get a spot.
Ok so I normally go through drive thru but tonight I ordered over the app. Called in a to make sure my order was made the way I wanted it. After waiting in drive thru for what seems like forever. My caramel ribbon frappe was not made right. After explaining to the cashier how my drink should be. She takes it to the manager then brings me back a drink. I'm thinking they remade my drink. Nope it's water instead of double blended. I order extra items and only the Carmel seemed to be almost correct. This drink is a fail! I tried giving this location the benefit of doubt after my last experience. Because my very 1st was good. Nope no pride is going into making customers drinks?
rude staff and consistently get sub par prepared orders. cashiers and barristas are rude and extremely uninterested in actually offering pleasant service. pla e is 4 blks from my house lived in area for 40 years and I actually fet in my car and drive to one several miles away in chicago on whole I've discovered most SOUTHWEST SUBURBAN CHICAGO STARBUCKS have extremely rude, slow to serve, and downright nasty for lack of a better word attitude towards their customers. in this horrible economy starbucks should be grateful anyone is able to afford 6 and 7 dollar coffee with usually same types of flavorings you can add with a Keri at home for 0.25 ( cents). rethinking the whole starbucks expense mindset and shtick altogether personally.
Absolutely horrible customer service. Two girls were standing there and didn’t want to acknowledge me. When they did they didn’t even say hi. One just asked for my order. They were in a bad mood as if I were bothering them. Starbucks is too damn expensive to have rude staff

Coffee is not hot. They need a way to warm it. No sanitation. Nobody cleans tables. No sanitizers in the store. They need a new manager who cares for more than the cash register.
