On May the 14, I had an online order and they mess the whole order up. The lady manager said to go pick it up. I'm sorry but if I'm ordering delivery why will I want to go pick it up? I say, if I could have a refund instead we'll, apparently she was gonna talk to her boss. For God's sake she is the general manager??? Just refund me the difference to my card the same way that you took my money out. The wasn't the only part --- The burgers that we got were over cooked and salty. The salad that I order was specifically said no protein and it had eggs???? I argue that as well but they said that eggs aren't protein? a week later I finally called back because no contact but this time I spoke to a male manager. He was kind to return my call back explaining that I will get a refund but only on earth of the food that was missing. I accepted that response. Two weeks later and no response or refund? I called again, He said he'll talk to his boss. It's now June the 30th and still no refund??? Why the heck have I not gotten a refund. Do I need to go in person and be on their faces? All I want is my money that should have to petty. Even better refund me my whole bill for all this hassle and for the food to be so distasteful. I still can believe I need to plead for my own money.
Ghetto staff and poorly cooked food. If you wanna go eat and feel unwelcome and be treated like if you owe the cashier something, then go here.
I ordered from them thru Uber Eats. Food was scheduled for delivery at 4:30pm - they prepared it at 3PM!! ARRIVED ICE COLD. TURKEY BURGER WAS DRY AND TASTELESS. SMASH FRIES WERE COLD, STALE, & TASTED LIKE THEY HAD BEEN SITTING AROUND FOR DAYS!! WILL DEFINITELY NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!! HORRIBLE FOOD!! ???

Food was good but the place was ran down and disgusting. Nearly every booth was broken and the place smelled like cleaning chemicals, yet every surface was disgusting.
If you are looking for Grilled Chicken I wouldn’t recommend. I loved Smashburger but I’m not sure what happened but the authenticity has declined over the years. I ordered 2 grilled avocado clubs and asked for them to be WELL DONE. I returned home and well the outside of the chicken was WELL DONE but the interior was still raw to the point that when you pull it the slime of the chicken was still visible. Truly unfortunate but hopefully they will return to the freshness they once had back in the day.
Burgers are adequate. That said, they get a 5 star for the smash sweet potato fries. Idk much about anything else they make. But man! Those smash sweet potato fries....Bomb♡☆*!
First visit...definitely 5 stars! There was no wait, the associate helping us answered our questions with no issue and the food was hot, fresh and delicious!!

Great customer service. Smashburgers and smash tots are delicious. Definitely worth the money. I’ve been there a few times since moving to Oak Lawn and I haven’t been disappointed yet.
