The service was friendly. Not like the one on 76th and Harlem. This lady was courteous. The 76th and Harlem Sharks the guy looked at me as if I was STUPID because I was very tired and drove off before getting the rest of my food. I'll try my BEST to avoid that one.
The cashier is very unprofessional!! She didn't even know the menu. She got upset at me for me ordering something that was in the menu. Became very rude. Afterwards she was making fun of my order with her coworkers & cursing. When this cashier took food orders. She also continued cursing in her conversation with her coworkers infront of customers.
I use to go to this sharks a lot when they first opened because the food was always dropped fresh BUT NOW I would't even recommend it. I ordered perch and chicken they sold me old perch then still fried it and it smelled disgusting, the chicken was old. The food was cooked with no love.. eww
WORST SHARKS EVER! DO NOT GO HERE! I called in my order and the inside looks so dark I thought the lobby was closed, so I went through the drive thru. WORST DECISION! Drive thru took forever, apparently the car behind had the same sentiment and drove off which allowed me to reverse and go check the lobby. The lobby is open and the place is filled with adolescent minded personnel with an extremely poor work ethic. After someone's child lost my food, I was estastic to receive my order and run out the door. Only to get home and have the driest chicken wings ever. I don't remember ordering my fried hard. The fries and the perch were sooo overdone they were inedible. They should just close this place entirely. Due to the pandemic I'm not wasting my money on some food I cannot eat. This is beyond ridiculous I feel as though this place is robbing their customers. We understand this isn't McDonald's I should not receive my food in 5 minutes. Only to receive food so fried it is almost burnt. Please Community stop settling for this and take your hard earned money elsewhere, where the establishment recognizes your efforts and will refuse to sent out subpar food. Seriously where is the quality control personnel in the mist of the pandemic? No supervision, guidance, or repercussions at all. Just the consumer losing their money while the restaurant absorbs it unfairly
I never had breaded scallops before. Kinda weird tasting but you can always remove the breading and enjoy the scallop that way.
Ordered catfish nuggets and 6 wings fried medium with lemon pepper, got home to discover wings were old, with brown spots and were salty. cat nuggets were fine. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
This is what 10 wings looks like after you make a purchase. This is something I could not eat. This was a waste waste of money. Would like to no would the cook it this. If not why sell it.
DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! (Note: they deserve 0 stars) I called in and ordered a 6 wing dinner and waited almost 20 mins before getting my food that I already called in previous to my arrival. I went home to start eating, when I discovered every piece of my chicken was bloody. I called and asked to have my order replaced then asked to be compensated with a dessert or something for the inconvenience of them serving me inedible, unsatisfactory food and for the multiple drives I had to make to the restaurant in order to get what I ordered prepared properly. The cook/manager told me that he would not compensate me in any way and said that he will give me my money back. So, angrily I agreed to get my money back (thinking to myself, he messed up yet, I am the one being inconvenienced) He while in the middle of cooking and preparing food reached into the cash drawer to refund me my and went back to preparing food (very unsanitary) Why wouldn’t he let the cashier pay me my refund???? definitely will not be returning.
I am on work assignment from out of town. So this was my first time at this restaurant. The young lady that was working drive-thru on Sunday Dec 26th between 3- 3:30p was kinda rude, cut me off and rushed me when trying to order and ask a question about something that wasn't on the menu. I will support a different location in the future.
Food is decent. Customer service is trash. It’s like they get commission or something for being rude. And it’s every time lol they don’t miss.
