What happen they must have changed cooks or ownership . The Shrimp egg foo yong isn’t good anymore it doesn’t have the green onions are used to have all the flavor the fried rice is now horrible shrimp fried rice the food was not hot as it used to be. Even the container has changed used to be in a black container nails in a white Styrofoam container and it taste horrible. Are used to love this food are used to eat to three times a week please go back to the way it was the way we were .
Every time we order our food is perfect. I have never had a bad dish from them. Highly recommend Happy Kow, General Tso's, chicken with green beans, and their chicken fried rice. On top of the good food they also deliver in what feels like 5min tops!!! Please give Ruan's your first time business and i guarantee you will be back for more.
This place robs their customers by overcharging them. They usually never give you your receipt for the same reason. The last time I went there I ordered 2 dinner specials and the cashier made a mistake and charged me 1 meal with dinner special price and the second she made a mistake and charged me lunch special time price. When my order was ready the owner came out from behind the counter and was looking for me. Then he told me you owe me $2 dollaWe charged u wrong. I was embarrassed because there were other people waiting for there orders and he wasn’t whispering. 2 people waiting were shaking there head! This guy horrible rip people off!
After our "go-to Asian restaurant closed (Sesame Inn), we needed something reliable again. Ruan's filled the bill. They offewr ample portions, don't overdo salt, and keep prices fair. Orders are filled quickly. This is not dine-in, but we're always happy with what we pick up to bring home.
I was web surfing as i desired to have Chinese food for dinner and stumbled upon Ruan's Kitchen. I am so grateful that I decided to order from this specific location. I ordered Mongolian beef and shrimp fried rice. My food was made fresh to order and tasted absolutely amazing. I will definitely purchase from this location again and encourage others to do so as well.
Curry chicken is flavorless- lady who answer phone was rude AF, priced astronomically high for what you get - do yourself a favor READ ALL THE BAD REVIEWS THEY HAVE - not good
