Rosie's is a nice place for a quick bite whenever I'm in the area.. Didn't get anything fancy, just a chicken sandwich and fry. Fries are always hot and fresh with a lil salt added. ????
The best kind of fast food, as long as the person at the oder box understands your order and tells the cooks correctly. The chocolate shakes, the hot dog specials, the gyros and the chicken italiano are the best!
Delish Gyro's have to come here for that Chi-town quick American food grease spot & I say that in the most yummy carb filling way possible. BTW portions are great - 1 Gyro can serious satisfy 2 people...
Stopped in at 12:40pm and ordered the two hotdog special, everything, no hot peppers. The food was hot, so that was a plus, but the guy taking the orders at the drive thru window was a bit loud while I was waiting for my food at the window. It's a hot one today (92°), so the drive thru window was open. The guy taking orders was talking to another guy inside and it was clear that they were comfortable/ knew each other, because the guy taking orders was using profanity while communicating with him. I honestly, didn't take offense to this because he wasn't talking to me. However, he asked two times, rather loudly/rudely, "CAN I HELP YOU?" and since I was waiting, I thought he was talking to me both times. ?♀️ It wasn't until I heard someone placing their order that I realized he wasn't talking to me ? Anyway, the food was good (you can't really mess up a hot dog ?) and hot. I'll probably come back to try the gyro. Oh before I forget... There's a bunch of signs to your left as you exit onto Cicero Ave, it makes it hard to see if there's cars coming, so be safe exiting!
Best gyro’s around. Drive thru is fast & efficient. Never had any problems with the food or service
They forgot to give me my pizza puff on my order. When I went back they tried to charge me again. Very rude, horrible customer service. Been coming here a while and will now just go to Pluto's down the street. Quality is better, and service is much better. Just go to Pluto's instead people.
I love that whoever takes orders is so efficient. I’ve never waited longer than five minutes for my food in the drive thru and it’s always fresh and piping hot. Been coming here for about fifteen years. Creamsicle shakes are incredible as well.
Best crappiest greasy taco in town. Been eating them for 40 years. Get a sack of fries with them to. Yummy. A ton of napkins too!
Horrible service and even worse attitude by heavy-accented order taker. Every 2 out of 3 times I go through the drive-thru, I end up coming back because they either gave me the wrong items or screwed up the order entirely. Then, when you go back to get the correct order, you get yelled at, told you were wrong and that you DID order what you received, and then, never receive an apology. As good as the food is, I am tired of this (especially the jerk taking orders during evening rush hour). Rosie's is Dead To Me!
One of my favorite drive through. Great simple grilled chicken like my mom used to make.
