I was excited to see a Rosati's come to my neighborhood, stopped in a week after the opened, nice on the inside of the resturant, so they made 2 fresh slices for my wife and I...mine didnt have sausage like i ordered, they were under cooked ( cheese wasnt even brown) and virtually no itialian seasoning at all....basically doesnt taste like any Rosati's ive ever eaten from. Stop trying to make it cheap and make it like Rosati's trained you to.
Ordered a large pizza from this location and literally half the pizza was burnt black (see pictures). It's unbelievable that someone actually slid this into a pizza box... The manager Evva acted dumbfounded about it... I got my refund, but thanks for ruining pizza night for my family. Ended up eating fast food.
Delivery girl was very rude, she drove a silver Chevy car impala maybe but her attitude was very very rude we understood that she was confused on where to come but as we are guiding her she is giving us attitude then says we’ll I’m late so what y’all going to do n that was funny because we waiting 2hrs for our delivery when we were right down the street on 78th Ave n 95th. Then she called back like she was a manager still being rude
I will never order from them again!! I spent $43.00 for a pizza, fry and “JUMBO” chicken wing and am so disappointed.. the fry was barely half filled and the wings are not jumbo they are regular sized wings. Absolutely horrible experience for the money spent. Do not recommend. I have a feeling they will not be in this location long unless their quality improves and people give them a second chance. Doubt I will!!

Ordered a $29 stuffed pizza and got this. Less than a quarter inch of cheese. The only redeeming quality of the restaurant is that the staff member that answered seemed understanding. However the order was placed through doordash, so we couldn't obtain a full refund. Waited for over an hour for a cold, very flat Pizza.
New years eve I Purchase an 18 in sausage pizza and it was the worst, It had very little cheese and sauce poured over the top not to mention it was nasty in taste. I had a coupon for a free cheese and it was burnt and just as nasty. That was a waste of my money. Oaklawn Rosati is a NO for me.

Customer service was mediocre. Placed an order for pick up and associates were late to opening the store without an apology. Unfriendly service. Pizza was okay for the price. Would not recommend.
I like rosaties they gave me free drink for being a customer and they are actually pretty good food for cheap prices
