Great customer service and sandwich variety!
Not trying to be petty but I hate the fact when I go in I'm not greeted however I still got a great tasting sandwich the smokehouse beef extra cheese on wheat with onion, mayo, mustard, lettuce, oil and seasonings....gotta get a cup of broc n cheddar....who don't love potbelly broc n cheddar lol
It was ok, but not my favorite in sandwiches. I did however enjoy the chicken pot pie soup. I was upset though because I was really looking forward to the broccoli cheddar soup and they didn't have it that day. Don't understand why they have it only on certain days and not daily.
Not a lot of menu options. The salads look like something pre-package.
I come here at least twice a week and they are consistently superb. They are always smiling and nice, even when they're busy. I honestly don't understand what some of the negative reviews are talking about. Maybe they were written by those super picky people you get stuck behind in the line sometimes? I don't know, but I've never been disappointed at this location. They load up your sandwich and it's not overpriced. Highly recommended.

The grilled cheese, HORRIBLE, no flavor they didn’t grill it enough. WHO MAKES A GRILLED CHEESE ON A SANDWICH BUN!?!?!?? And the chips, don’t get me started, TRASH, the whole place is like super cringe too ??

Absolutely horrible service, The young lady on the register Katrice was absolutely rude. After messing up my order, I was unable to get a correct sandwich. This is terrible to absolutely anyone. Do better. The general manager Miller allowed his employee to be rude to us when we wanted the order to be corrected.
They knowingly served me food that wasn’t edible! I ordered avocado on my sandwich, the avocado was extremely hard and inedible, when I simply asked if I could have a few slices to replace the hard avocado in my sandwich I was told without an apology that “all the avocados were like that and I wasn’t going to get anything different” if you know the avocados aren’t edible why are you serving them to customers!
