Much better than the current rating suggests. It’s just that they are short staffed and perhaps there is some struggle as a small business. Peoples expectations might be high because of the location. This is my third time interacting with this restaurant. First time I was picking up an order for someone else and it smelled so good I made a note to come back for myself. Second time I ordered uber eats and it was good, especially the bubble teas; I did notice the shrimp was cut in half in the spring roll but ok, it was good enough. Third time I had the strawberry matcha bubble tea and it was tasty. I will be back now that I know their crepes are made with rice flour instead of wheat. I’ll probably try the pho too. And I’ll definitely back for more bubble teas.
have been here 3 times, the first couple of times were decent and i decided the pho was worth returning even though the customer service was subpar. today was my last time going as the restaurant seems completely filthy and neglected—half clean silverware, a bug in my boyfriend’s cup, greasy napkin holder, crumbs all over the booth and fingerprints all over the doors. the spring rolls were also gross, hard to chew, and had the fishiest tasting shrimp ever. the pho just doesn’t hit the same anymore, especially eating in a dirty restaurant (can’t imagine the kitchen). this place is usually empty for a reason!
This is my first time here, but i must say I didn't expect to enjoy the Premium Pho broth so much. The noodles were a perfect combination with the protein options served.I do want to suggest that they wash/properly clean their frequently used condiment bottles on the tables (hoisin and Sriracha)
The beef stew was outstanding and packed well. The egg rolls and pork sandwich were also tasty. Had it delivered by Uber eats. I would definitely order again.
I was there on the first day of opening of this place. Unfortunately I only got bubble tea because the free buffet food was not appealing looking ÀND we were right in the middle of the first wave of the COVID virus.But there was enthusiasm and energy in the place and it was clean!Today I was surprised that it was not crowded at all. The place needs a good sweep and window cleaning. I could see all the cleaning products,mop etc as I sat and waited for my food.I ordered spring rolls and they were just so-so. I thought there was supposed to be avocado. The dipping sauce cup was half full. The thing is this place is not close to where I live and for me it wasn't worth the trip. I won't be back.
It use to be good when it first opened. Now they are cutting corners, and it's showing. The front of the restaurant has aslo been getting dirtier, so now I'm concerned how the back is handled especially when they send raw meat when you order delivery.The spring rolls have less items in them now, but still charging the same price for them. They left out the avocado, and cut a shrimp in half for each spring roll.Their prices don't reflect what it once was when it first opened.I hope they make the necessary adjustments.
If I could give them a zero I would. Milk Tea was horrible. I was looking forward to it! And they didn’t even try to replace it! Chicken wings were disgusting! Maybe microwave rice. Not sure! But they didn’t even bother to try and accommodate you, shrugged their shoulders and just wanted my money! Never again! Save your money! I never rate establishments! But I couldn’t help it! Rating it a ZERO!!!
Walked in and place was empty emplyees sitting down but EVERY single table was dirty and had plates of food from customers throughout the day that haven't been cleaned. Place had a horrible stench. I can only imagine how the kitchen inside looks. Menu was stickly and smelled horrible. I don't understand why someone would even bother to open up a restaurant with 0 service. If they keep this up they are begging to go out of business. First and last time I will ever step foot in this place.
I love love loveeee this place, I look forward going to it all the time. I've never had a bad experience or something worth complaining about. The beef pho is incredible, I recommend the rib and egg roll appetizers. 110% recommend trying this place out
Everything's fresh and delicious; however, if you're missing an ingredient, let the customer know. My spring roll only had 3 ingredients, and you served it with only 2. Poor service!
