This is one of my favorite pizza places however… I just called to place an order and the customer service was no where near what I expected! I always order Phil’s when we have a family gathering (for years when I would come home on leave from the Navy) they had my phone number on file! Now that I moved back and have my own address… they place a limit on my order! I get a pop and pizza $38 and that is over the $35 limit for a “first time” customer! You had my phone number on file! Guess it’s time to find a new pizza place! All over $3! Good luck Phil’s!!!
Phil's is probably the only authentic pizza place my family will eat from. Everything from their homemade dough, to the secret sauce. Nearly every item in their menu is fresh, authentic or made daily. I have never had a bad experience from there, nor have they ever made a mistake in any of my orders. My family have been eating here for over 20 years and we order at least once a week. From the girls upfront, to the cooks in back. Phil's is by far my favorite pizza place ever. Not even just in Chicago or surrounding areas. I'm a pizza fanatic and have never found another place as on par with the quality and taste from Phil's.

Went for the last sunday.ordered small deep dish and it tasted like spoiled cheese. Ruined my lunch. Had to eat chips and threw away their pizza. I've been ordering thin crust for a while... loved the pizza till that deep dish ruined them for me.
Best pizza in the area. The cheese is so goodThey also have great pizza options and sides. They are a bit pricey but believe me, it's worth it.
I am very disappointed with Phils. As being their regular customer for at least a decade… their customer service has gone down significantly.I called yesterday 2/13 to place an to place an order for superbowl Sunday… was told that they are not taking scheduled orders due to it being a busy day… called day of superbowl… told they are not taking orders for two hours… asked if I could get an order placed to come in two hours then… told to call again in two hours… i was declined to take an order in three ways… VERY DISSAPOINTED. Mind me, the person answering the calls was very unprofessional. I get being busy and short staffed, but you could continue giving your customers respect especially when they have supported your business and reccommended to others for several years.
I Live in Chicago and Phil's is the Best Pizza in Chicago. And I live in the North Side of Chicago, but was told to check them out by my sister. And boy was she write. This Pizza is Amazing. We love extra cheese on our Sausage and mushroom Pizza. At Phil's you don't need to order extra cheese cause it's just the way they make their Pizza. Extremely Cheesy and I'm convince in my 42 Yrs of life born and raised in Chicago that this is truly #1 Pizza in all of Chicago. And yes Giordano's and Lou Malnati's are really good, I still will take Phil's every time unless I wanted Deep Dish which I'll have to try Phil's Deep Dish to compare. But I'm not a huge fan of deep dish. So Phil you are #1 in my Book!!!!
My favorite neighborhood pizza joint. Even my son picked it over Lou's. No dine in, only delivery and takeout. Ccw welcome
The pizza has amazing thin crust and incredible beef sandwiches, but WHY DID YOU TAKE YOUR DEEP DISH PIZZA AWAY. It was by far the best deep dish pie Chicago has seen!! RIP
