I love the great coffee and green ice tea with free refills and the bagels are irresistably tasty especially the Asiago cheese ones. Unfortunately the amount of selections of bagels and cream cheese varieties has plummeted in the last few years. A bread place should have more selections of bagels than your average coffee place. You have to sometimes wait a long time for decaf.
I ordered for curbside and it took so long that I went in with gas as expensive as it is, my whole order sitting out on a table no one in sight like no one I took it and left no one said anything not even to make sure that it was my food. I don’t know what’s happening over there but I was not happy with the service this day. I had made some notes to my order which were not followed at all they were completely ignored. Very disappointed and they can’t blame door dash for these mistakes at all.
Dined here on Wednesday 6/22/22. Caught food poisoning from Mediterranean Veggie sandwich. I tried calling a manager (press 5 for manager), but TWICE their phone system hung up on me. So I submitted an email to Customer service on Friday 6/24/22. Nothing. No response. Mayo Clinic.com cautions certain people (pregnant, older ppl, those with compromised immune syst.) to avoid "soft cheeses, eg, feta..." There was feta on my sandwich. Updating this review on Monday 6/27 at noon, just after finally hearing from a manager at this location. Jose was attentive, took my info -- now 5 days after-the-fact. Jose also said that they are aware of ongoing phone issue to reach a manager; he said, "it's out of our hands." Note to anyone needing a manager, just press 3 for catering order, then you'll get a live person.
Bought a cezar salad for lunch. The suace is the redeeming factor of the salad but could be less only stingy. The lettuce itself was filled with stems with barely any of the leaves. A piece of plastic was also identified in my salad. I definitely didn't get my money's worth.
This location is my favorite! The staff is always nice and greet customers upon entering the store. I’m addicted to anything that has Panera on it ? I ordered one of my favorite salads (Fugi Apple Chicken Salad without chicken) Asiago Bagel w/butter, fruit cup and the energized lemonade. The salad was fresh and the lettuce was crisp. . The fruit was fresh. Bagel was toasted. The lemonade taste soooo good. So good that I joined the Sip Club.
i always get the same fuji apple salad every time. and every time there’s about 3-4 apple chips and the dressings are filled less than halfway. every request i make on the app gets crossed off by the person doing the order and it is a half salad at most. if i’m laying a hefty amount for a single salad i’d like to get my moneys worth.
Quick line, even though I didn’t know what I was doing;) The young lady behind the counter was very cool and helpful. Food was good! I never had a chicken avocado sandwich and it was yummy!!
Every week I get the same salad and there’s never been any issues! However the past 3 times, they forgot an ingredient in my salad. First the chicken, then the avocado, & now the avocado and cucumber. Idk what happened but my order is always missing something now :(
They get busy there but they still try their hardest to get your order to you on time. An employee was checking to make sure that people coming in for on line orders were in fact the correct person. A customer snapped at an employee about it. She's doing her job and she does it well. If this man happens to read this, Leave the employees to their jobs and deal with your issues at home. Great job Pantera Bread employees!!!
bagels are yummy and fresh for breakfast. the chicken chipotle sandwich and apple fuji salad are my favorite.
